ADNAN OKTAR:  Yes.

INTERVIEWER:   At that time you asked me a question about Mr. Alija Izzetbegovich and said that you regarded him as the leader of the Islamic world and asked me to extend your greetings and send respects to him.

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, that is true.

INTERVIEWER:  I extended your greetings and met with and spoke to him. This was to tell you about our previous meeting, now I wish to forward a question to you;I want to ask you this so that we can transmit your opinions regarding Mr.Alija Izzetbegovich, to our viewers in Bosnia Herzegovina?

ADNAN OKTAR: I have already stated them. He is a most worthy, holy and estimable individual inshaAllah. He brought plenty and beauty to the region, and was a means whereby belief in Allah grew.  He is the typical model for the smiling, enlightened, high-quality Muslim of the Islamic world.He is someone who brought the spiritual beauty of Islam to the region, a worthy and important person who was instrumental in importing it. We are proud of him

INTERVIEWER: I have worked on the Bosnian language version of several of Harun Yahya’s books and films.Viewers and readers often ask me who Harun Yahya really is. They ask me how it is possible for a single person to write so many books.I am now asking you what our viewers are asking me; how can one person write so many books?

ADNAN OKTAR:  It is Allah who writes the books, and I am His instrument. But of course I have some 20 friends helping me to do so.They provide me with concise information about the subjects I am researching.I collect and analyse that information and the pictures. Then I send it to the editor. In other words, it is so quick because other people undertake all the time-consuming activities. In fact, it is also possible for the other writers to write very fast, but since these elements are difficult and are lengthy matters, their works become prolonged, whereas I encounter no such obstacles. But as I said, Allah writes all the books, and they are books determined in destiny. We just move towards those books in destiny, which Allah shows us when the time comes.

INTERVIEWER: Could you give us some brief biographical details about yourself? What was it that led you to serve Islam in this extend?

ADNAN OKTAR:  Yes, it was Allah, of course. He inspired my heart. I grew a lot during high school, in my last year in high school and my knowledge increased. I attended high school and middle school in Ankara. When I came here for college I intensified my preaching and study of the Qur’an.I won a place at the academy of fine arts at Fındıklı. The interior design department. While there,I carried on preaching and with my writing activities.I then enrolled at the Istanbul University Philosophy Department, both to preach and also to further my own research. I subsequently concentrated on my book-writing.And now my books have been published on a wide scale all over the world, both on the internet and in hard copy form, as you know. My books enjoy a wide readership because they are candid and are written in an easy to understand style and I am very pleased in that respect.

INTERVIEWER:  In a modern world with atheistic, secular ideas, how does someone dedicated to Islam carry out his activities?

INTERVIEWER: We know that you spent a few years in prison and that you still face various problems.

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, they want me back in prison again.

INTERVIEWER: Is that the fate of Muslim intellectuals?

ADNAN OKTAR:  This is their destiny, their ornament and their beauty.If one is a man with a cause, he will go down that road, just like the Prophet Yusuf.When he sets off this road, he is well aware of the price and accepts the consequences of it.

INTERVIEWER: I see many young people around you. I am friends with your followers, these are really, genuinely very special, high-quality people, very well-educated,what are the main principles of your group, your community?

ADNAN OKTAR: Moral virtue, candid love, friendship, brotherhood, peace and above all the approval of Allah, I always recommend all those things to my friends.Once one has obtained Allah’s approval there is no need for anything else.If Allah is helping a group or an infividual, those people cannot be defeated.That is why we must always seek Allah’s approval.

INTERVIEWER: I first became interested in the theory of evolution from news reports regarding you.I also translated the Atlas of Creation into Bosnian.As an extension of the same polemic, the same polemic with Darwinism; although you have partly answered this question-do you think that you can maintain that idea with these views in the Islamic world? For example, to what extent are Darwinist ideas present in the Islamic world? And can the Islamic world defend itself against those ideas?

ADNAN OKTAR:  There is no longer any danger. We have annihilated Darwinism in its own bastions. We have obliterated it in France and Germany, and in its birthplace, England. There is no more danger. Because of that demolishment they are in a real state of shock. It took them completely by surprise. We crushed them in their own territory with a raid.All they can do in the future is to try to maintain the status quo.I can say that now; there is nobody seriously believing in Darwinism anymore and they are merely holding out through obstinacy and pride. That applies to those who read, the ones who research. It does not include ignorant people who do not read and research and learn.

INTERVIEWER: You say that Islam will come to rule the world. What is the origin of that optimism at a time when there is such conflict and bloodshed in the Muslim world?

INTERVIEWER: There are those who regard your optimistic views as utopia. Just as they used to describe communism as utopia. Some make such comments.What are your views in this respect?

ADNAN OKTAR: The coming to power of the AKP (Justice and Development Party) in Turkey was utopia, but it happened.It never seemed possible that Necmettin Erbakan would become prime minister, but he did.The MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) vote stood at around 3-6%. But now it is practically the main opposition party. It is a large party.In other words, it is quite possible I mean Islamic moral values are spreading all over the world, this is clearly seen.

INTERVIEWER: Another subject that you are focusing on is the Islamic union.

INTERVIEWER: Also other intellectuals had also stated their views regarding this subject. What is your opinion?

INTERVIEWER: As you know, the European Union has been established.The French president has set up an iniative for the establishment of a union of Mediterranean countries.And that union foresees the accession of Islamic countries.That includes North African countries and of course Turkey, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

What are your comments about this?

ADNAN OKTAR: This is very clear. The European Union has united in the basis of Christianity at the moment. They have set up a Christian union.This means such is possible.If there can be a Christian union, there can also be a Muslim one.Christian unity seemed totally out of the question, but it easily happened.Since they regard a Mediterranean union as feasible,an Islamic Union is much more logical and even easier.In other words,the Turkic countries are currently fragmented, like the provinces of Ankara, Konya and Izmir in Turkey.The division between Turkey and Azerbaijan is a totally artificial one. And Kazakhstan.They are all Islamic countries. We also want Jews to live at ease and Israel to be liberated within this Turkish-Islamic Union. We want Israel to be at ease. We want Armenia to be free and at ease. The Turkish-Islamic Union is one in which non-Muslims, too, can live at peace, as if in paradise.It is not an egoistic union.

INTERVIEWER: You espouse the idea of co-operation and peace, brotherhood among different faiths?

ADNAN OKTAR:  Of course, that is how it was in Ottoman times and in the time of our Prophet (saws). That is what the Qur’an commands,and there is no alternative model. That is how our Prophet (saws) behaved. The Ottomans took the Prophet (saws) as a role model and acted on this. We shall also take our Prophet (saws) as a role model and implement the same policy.

INTERVIEWER: How will this Islamic Union survive? A number of Islamic countries may well act together, but we see that Iran and Sudan are being exposed to very aggressive attacks. How can a union survive when these countries are being subjected to attacks?

ADNAN OKTAR: Allah shows that there is no other way to live in peace. Allah is showing the whole Muslim world this fact. Allah says that we can either live in terrible difficulties or else come together and live in peace, as if in paradise.Muslims will defend this union out of necessity.Allah is bringing this about under His title of al-Jabbar. The name al-Jabbar belongs to Allah.

INTERVIEWER: You frequently refer to matters that are shrouded in silence with regard to the Freemasons. What is the true extent of these anti-Islamic forces? What are your beliefs on the subject?

ADNAN OKTAR:  Two forces have been in a constant struggle ever since the time of the Prophet Adem. One is Islam, the force of Allah, and the other the force of Shaytan. The Masons represent the force of Shaytan. Muslims represent that of Allah.There is a conflict between the followers of Shaytan and the followers of Allah. That is still going on today.And it will continue right up until Doomsday. The supporters of Shaytan deceived the whole world by way of Darwinism.They said there was no Allah. They said everything formed by chance.

But they have been paralysed in the face of 1 million fossils. Because all of these 1 million fossils prove Creation. I said that I would hand over 10 trillion lira if they would come up with just one piece of evidence, they couldnt come up with it. I have declared that if they bring a single fossil proving the evolution, I will give the person bringing it 1 trillion liras. However I have heard nothing for months. But we, my colleagues and those around us,have exhibited thousands, tens of thousands of fossils verifying the fact of creation. We have proved that living things have never changed. Nobody has been able to dispute that. The number of fossils found until now, is almost a hundred million all over the world.And all of those prove the fact of creation. They were hiding this fact but we made them face up to it.That is what we did.We have proved and described how proteins cannot form by chance.It is impossible for even one of the proteins that constitute a living thing to come into being by chance. It is scientifically impossible.I will hand over 100 trillion lira if they will produce a single protein that emerged by chance but there is no such thing, they are just deceiving people.

INTERVIEWER: I was expecting a more ideological and politically significant answer to my previous question. You have written a book called The Secret Hand in Bosnia. The Bosnian-language edition has also appeared. You set your ideas out in it, and these have come as a shock to Bosnian Muslims. Most Bosnian Muslims, and even people living in the states around, all thought this was impossible. What do you say to that?

ADNAN OKTAR: Everything said there is true. Everything I have explained there is true and documented.

No matter what the supporters of Shaytan do, the supporters of Allah will always be victorious. The Muslim Victory in the war of ideas is a comprehensive, certain and crushing one. No reports about Darwinism have appeared for many months in Turkey,for instance, whereas they used to crop every week, every day, There is not a sound from them.All we hear is the rustling of the wind.

INTERVIEWER: You claim in this book that, even just after the 1st World War,there has been a group wanting to see the ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Sarajevo and Bosnia. And you claim that it is the Masons who are behind it. You claim the group was active there until Kissinger’s time and provided political support for the Serbs in the fighting.

ADNAN OKTAR: High-ranking Masons hold mass meetings in their lodges, gathering in circles and bring in a Mason who is also a medium in the middle. They then hypnotise them. That person then makes contact with Shaytan. They record whatever he says, whatever emerges from his mouth. And they do whatever he says. They are terrified of Shaytan and fear his vengeance. In a verse Allah says He crusts shaytan around them as a shell. Shaytan grows on them like a shell and therefore they are terrified of him.He who does not fear Allah fears Shaytan instead. Shaytan wants blood. And they provide blood. If he wants more, they provide more. That is the reason.

INTERVIEWER: Interesting. Islamic scholars do not speak in those same terms. Intellectuals are reluctant to talk about Masons.

ADNAN OKTAR: They are afraid.

INTERVIEWER: Imams do not speak in the same terms as you, either. They do not refer to Shaytan in the same way that you do.

ADNAN OKTAR: They are abstaining. It is a real mare’s nest.

INTERVIEWER: When you had stated your opinions about the Islamic union before, you had said that this will be very good for the Muslim minority, You stated that it would protect them.

ADNAN OKTAR: And it will protect them too, of course.

INTERVIEWER: What are your views regarding Bosnia and the Balkans, and about Muslims in the Balkans. What may happen in the future?

ADNAN OKTAR: Why?

INTERVIEWER:  Ottomans ruled there for 5 years, and there are still non-Muslims there, the Serbs in particular, have a real fear of Ottoman rule, and the idea of  Turkish-Islamic Union will terrify them.

ADNAN OKTAR:  But it means them becoming wealthy, too. It means them living in peace and security. It means economic prosperity, social well-being. It is not a egoistic union. It is a union that will serve them, too, a union of service.That will be for their own benefit. It will be to their benefit, and theirs only. It won't be exactly as it was at the times of the Ottomans of course. The mistakes, errors and deficiencies of the same period will of course not be repeated. It will be a totally different system. The Ottoman system is over and done with. It will of course not be the same.

INTERVIEWER:  But in Bosnia for example and also in here as well, the AKP has been in court because it seemed like wanting the Shariah Law.Anyone saying the same thing in Bosnia for example if someone says something like that he will swiftly be thrown out of the political arena.

ADNAN OKTAR: The essential point is this: Laicism will be one of the basic characteristics of the union.

It is a laicist union. In a laicist union there will be nothing left that they would reject. It is very important that there should be no interference in people’s ideas and beliefs. Full democracy, full laicism. That is an emotional bond. A bond of love. A system based on love, affection and the preservation of rights. Atheists and non-believers, and even Darwinists can live at ease under such a system. Materialists can be at ease, Christians, Muslims and Jews.

ADNAN OKTAR: Let them be patient until 2014 or 2017, they will see. Everything will turn out for the best and no obstacles will remain in front of that power. Because that is the destiny of the world, and the destiny of Islam. This is not something that will happen, that is what has already happened. That had happened already in the destiny. For example, nobody ever believed that Darwinism would collapse in such a way in Europe. But look, one small group has turned around hundreds of millions of people. We issue challenges and call on them to debate with us, but nobody picks up the gauntlet. I say I will give them 100 trillion if they produce one piece of fossil evidence, but they cannot. They only tell each other to remain calm and not to panic. What does that mean? It means they are finished.

INTERVIEWER:   I said this was the last question, but this is what many people in Europe think. The year 2014 is the 100th anniversary of the start of World War I. The Balkans will be as one and these positive, optimistic views will fit in with one another.

ADNAN OKTAR: Allah says we go through our days. One good, one bad. One good, one bad. InshaAllah, this century will be one of peace, prosperity and security, the age of Islam. The 19th and 20th centuries were the age of materialism, and the late 20th and 21st will be that of Islam. Everyone says that, from British Prime Minister Tony Blair down. The CIA says so. The KGB says so, even though they strongly oppose the idea. For example the CIA is strongly opposed, as is the KGB. The KGB has now changed, but the system that has replaced it but they also admit that Islam is now an irresistible force. If even the opposition says that, the matter is over and done with.

INTERVIEWER: I must now bring our talk to an end. Yet any Muslim listening to you will still inevitably have thousands of questions. To see the future in such a bright and happy way, however Muslims’ current position is a very grey one and even very close to black.

ADNAN OKTAR: The black times were the 1970s and the 1960s. There has been a constant rise since, and this is still going on uninterrupted. All sociologists and politicians are aware of this and everyone agrees that is how things stand. Just wait a little and see, inshaAllah.

INTERVIEWER:  Thank you.

ADNAN OKTAR: Also at the times of our Prophet (saas) they were not expecting it, but Islam had prevailed in a very short period of time. They said it was not at all possible, but it has spread across the world. If it is the destiny, -it is the end of the discussion. You are young and will live to see it, inshaAllah.
