ADNAN OKTAR: One of the many excellent characteristics of our beloved Ataturk is his espousal of Turkish union. A second is his espousal of the idea of Islamic union. He wanted Turkish and Islamic countries to unite. In other words, he was an Ottoman hero who wanted a Turkish-Islamic Union.
ADNAN OKTAR’ LIVE INTERVIEW ON KRAL KARADENIZ TV
(20 February 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Masha’Allah. Let us begin with some excellent words by our beloved Ataturk. Look what he says. I believe that Turkish union will one day become a reality. He is saying there will be a Turkish Union. All the Turkic states will unite together. Even if I do not live to see it, my eyes will close dreaming of it. It is his dream. I believe in Turkish Union. Tomorrow, he means our time, will see the Turkish Union, he says. That is Ataturk’s legacy to us, Masha’Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR: It is something that will happen in our time. Thanks be to Allah. These scourges in the world, terror and anarchy, will come to an end. Turkish Union will put an end to the terror in the world, anarchy and disorder, conflict, high costs of living and all other troubles, he says. A Turkish-Islamic Union under Turkish leadership, with the support of the Turkic states. Look what he says; "Islamic countries will be as united materially as they are spiritually." We will be delighted when they are united and allied economically, militarily and materially. What does that mean? A military alliance. He says we will be delighted by that. For this, Syrians and Iraqis must arise as independent powers based on national sovereignty just like we are and independent power in our own borders. What does Ataturk mean by that? He means that Turkey will first unite with Syria and Iraq. That is what he is indicating, insha’Allah.
Look, Ataturk is a man close to Allah. Allah inspired his heart all those years ago. Look what he says, and this is highly significant. Tomorrow will be freed from its troubles with the Turkish-Islamic Union. He is pointing to our own century. He says there will be no more terror or anarchy. What is necessary for that? For the Turkish-Islamic world to unite and create one single structure and bring civilization, love, affection and compassion to the world. Ataturk always wanted peace, as you know.
