ADNAN OKTAR: From Surat al-Ahqaf - “Say: ‘Have you thought about those you call upon apart from Allah? Show me what they have created on the earth’.” This verse is just the question for Darwinists. Look, “Say: ‘Have you thought about those you call upon apart from Allah’.” They worship atoms. “Show me what they have created on the earth. Or do they have a partnership in the heavens?” They say that space creatures were responsible for creation. The Qur’an also indicates that. “Or do they have a partnership in the heavens?” They say that space creatures have, that they created. “Produce a Book for me before this one or a shred of knowledge if you are telling the truth.” In other words, a book, a scholarly work of some kind on the subject, some reminiscence of science, I mean a fossil, an evidence that might suggest that proteins could come into being by chance; if there is any such thing, says Almighty Allah, bring it to Me. But there is not. He tells the Prophet (saas) what to say. And what am I saying? I am saying that I will give 10 trillion Turkish lira to anyone producing such a fossil, such evidence. If you have any evidence that a protein can form by chance, bring it to me and I will also give you 10 trillion liras for that as well. But there isn’t any, so they can’t.” The Qur’an is referring to that. “Who could be further astray than those who call on other things besides Allah, which will not respond to them until the Doomsday and which are unaware of their prayers?” For example, the atom does not know they worship it, and nor do the aliens. They regard beings from outer space as divine, or they regard the atom as divine, but the atom knows nothing. It is just an ordinary piece of matter that neither sees, feels nor hears, insha’Allah.
