From Mr. Adnan Oktar’s live interview on Samsun Aks, Gaziantep Olay and TV Kayseri on December 12, 2009
ADNAN OKTAR:See what Marx, the founder of communism, says. He says that all progress in the universe is thanks to conflict. Conflict. In his view, “Every situation or idea is a thesis.” “An antithesis opposed to that thesis then emerges. The thesis and anti-thesis clash, and the result is known as the synthesis. The synthesis then becomes a thesis, and an antithesis opposed to it again emerges.” In other words, he says there is permanent conflict. They see it as a thesis against the Turkish Army and opposed to it they produce the PKK [Kurdistan Workers’ Party] as the antithesis. They say the two will clash, and there can be no synthesis without conflict between the thesis and antithesis. They say they will establish a communist state. That will also soon thereafter conflict within itself. Maybe then a fascist state will be established, according to their thinking. “According to dialectical materialism, nothing exists in the universe but matter.” The fact is, however, we actually perceive matter in our brains. We do not know what form matter is in on the outside, do we? We perceive it inside our brains. Lenin says, “Never ever go into that subject, they will sink you.” In other words, do not discuss the matter. He says that this is the subject to be avoided most of all. “You must flee when you see that subject,” he warns. Saint Lenin’s own words. Should I really call him ‘Saint’? There is nothing saintly about him. He is laid out in state somewhere isn’t he? In Russia or somewhere?
ADNAN OKTAR: Whatever. “According to dialectical materialism there is nothing but matter in the universe. Matter develops within opposites.” That is the origin of the PKK mentality. “Marx claimed that the history of mankind consisted of conflict, that the current conflict was between workers and capitalists and that the workers would rise up soon and carry out a communist revolution.” That is the PKK uprising. Look, he says it will be between workers and capitalists. In other words, they regard Turkey as a capitalist system and themselves as the oppressed, as the working class. They therefore claim there will now be a communist revolution and that they are at that stage or heading in that direction. They imagine they are using communist methods. According to Marx, there is a primitive, communal society, a slave society, a feudal society, and the progression is toward capitalism. They imagine there is now a transition from capitalism to communism. Because they say Turkey currently has a capitalist mindset, but that they will replace it with a communist one. That is what the alleged organization Ergenekon claims. But there were prophets during what they consider the primitive period, and very fine believers. There is a primitive communal life everywhere. Communists, for instance, gather together at home, for instance, and live a communal life. Communal life is found in many countries. Go to Africa. The native peoples there live communal lives. They are primitive, communal societies, aren’t they? They hunt and sit down to eat together, and they hold everything in common. That is in Africa. It means it applies in all periods. There have been modern, high-quality and rational people at all times. There have always been such people. There have always been slave societies. In America or Europe, for instance, slave workers are today being brought in from Indonesia, or Korea or Singapore. They are made to work from home, with no social security, as you know. They beat them and swear at them and humiliate them, treat them exactly like slaves. What did the Qur’an do? It abolished slavery. It abolished the idea of slavery. The punishment for many offenses is to free a slave in the Qur’an. In other words, the Qur’an established such as system that slavery, in a certain process, disappeared entirely. This method of the Qur’an’s is a perfect one, getting society used to the idea gradually, abolishing slavery by familiarizing people with the idea. It is an excellent blessing from Almighty Allah. Feudalism has always existed. There is still a feudal structure in many parts of Turkey. And in Russia, and America and China. It is everywhere in the world. It has always existed. It was around in the time of the Prophet Adem (as). Some of the children who came after lived feudal lives, a primitive society in other words. A lifestyle with squires and regional chieftains, ruling as dictators. And since that still goes on today, it has been around in all times. There is no fixed structure, therefore. This is one of the fabrications from Marx’s time. As if he actually possessed some information, as if he had seen events using a time machine. They all talk as if they had witnessed these things with their eyes, don’t they? They talk of man emerging from his caves and grasped the importance of preserving meat. They say man discovered fire while rubbing a bit of wood. Were you there? How dare you tell tales like old men do? You talk of things you have never seen. There has been a modern life in all periods. They cannot deny it. We have a great deal of evidence of it. We look at cave paintings, and there are cave paintings dating back 20,000 years. They produced perfect drawings. If we were to take a scientist who interprets that period as the primitive communal life and put him into one of those caves and then tell him to produce a similar painting, he could not even make that paint. Even if three generations would not be able to produce it. And that paint has survived for 20,000 years. They made a special compound from special chemical substances. Yet even a piece of newspaper soon rots away. Doesn’t it? This is a marvel. The material used is a marvel. Everyone is agreed on that. The pictures are perfect. The flow and the lines, aren’t they? They have a surrealistic appearance. Even if three generations worked together they could never produce pictures like those. So where does all this talk about a primitive, communal life come from? We can see from the paintings these people produced that their artistic comprehension was many times greater than theirs. When we look at the caves, pipes and whistles emerge. Caves dating back 10,000 or 20,000 years. Of course. These people thought about entertainments and made tools and whistles. There may have been drums and tambourines, but these gradually decay and may not have survived. Who knows what else they had.
PRESENTER: That may be true, what you say.
ADNAN OKTAR: I mean, they had many musical instruments, these people, not just one.
PRESENTER: Of course, why should they make a whistle for no reason? Why should they think of that in isolation?
ADNAN OKTAR: It means they knew about notes and music, and knew how to entertain themselves. So how can they talk about a communal, primitive life? There are sewing needles that have come down from that time. So they knew about sewing. But these people say they just wrapped themselves up in hides and furs. People were sewing 20,000 years ago. Weren’t they? I see some people no good for anything coming out and issuing judgments sometimes. Marx says the final stage of this change will be communism. According to Marx, the proletariat will have such a very difficult time in capitalist society. Look at the cunning there. He says they will lose all nationalist, moral or religious feelings. And that is what they want to do. They want to eradicate Turkish nationalism, moral values and religious feelings. How can you eliminate religious feelings? By telling people about Darwinism. Once you have demolished religion, religious moral values will collapse by themselves, the rest is easy. Nationalism will then collapse next. Because religion is one of the main things that make a nation, a nation, Unity of religion and language. Once you have eliminated religion, you have done away with the cement of faith. It therefore prepares the foundation for the passage to communism. He then says “This class will achieve consciousness.” “According to this logic, the working class that emerges together with capitalist society is now the revolutionary dynamic of society.” The PKK uprising is a communist, Stalinist one. They say they will eventually achieve a class consciousness. That is the whole issue. There is nothing else. Race is of no interest to them. But they use it very well. In terms of using it against the public. They will clear the way for a communist order, a classless society, by eliminating the capitalist system. That is their way of thinking. Since they regard Turkey and the rest of the world as capitalist they want to move to communism. That is what lies behind the struggle going on. There is nothing else. Marx predicts that “capitalism is the final society with different classes, and it will collapse as a result of the irreconcilable conflict between the bourgeoisie and the working class.” In other words, he claims the rich and poor will be in a permanent state of war. And since people in southeast Turkey are poor it is easy for them to develop communism there. In other words, they can easily develop communist thinking. What they refer to as irreconcilable conflict means they have no intention of being reconciled to the state or nation. For example, Mümtaz Soysal was talking on Habertürk, but they never listened. In other words, these people insist on communism, they have no alternative. If their mothers prepare soup for the people up in the mountains, if we say we will find wives for them if they come down, then they will give it up. The hodja says this is the fundamental problem. The hodja is good-intentioned but since they never look at things in that way they cannot see it, cannot see the truth. They talk about land reform, taking land away from the feudal landowners and distributing it. But the landowners aren’t going to take the slightest notice. They work better on land and develop their camps in a better way. They will not permit it, and will just work their own lands better. Of course we are not saying that feudal system should survive at all costs. There is a sense of social justice, love, affection and compassion in Islam. Nobody is in favor of the feudal system. According to Marxism, the infrastructure is the economy. That is their mindset, always the economy. He says that the problem in Southeast is starvation; if you do not feed or pay people or find jobs for them, that is what is going to happen. This is a very crude logic. And a very mistaken one. The communists say the same thing. That is falling into their trap. Look to the superstructure; fundamental ideological structures such as thought, the law, morality, religion, the state and the family. Superstructure determines infrastructure, they say. In other words, it is the economy that brings this about. The superstructure, they say, the economy, dominates them all. They say the economy brings it all about, that the economy brings about religion, the state, the family, moral values and everything. The economy and the class struggle are regarded as the only absolute truths in the Marxist thinking. Marxists describe moral values and ideologies, religion, the state and the family as superstructure, and they say, and note this, that they must all be eradicated. Religion, the state, ethics and all the rest must all be eradicated, they say.
PRESENTER: And they are all fundamental issues.
ADNAN OKTAR: Of course, this is the struggle going on now. Do you know what it is based on? There is just one basis, just one foundation, one pillar. And that is Darwinism. That is the cause of all the noise, because we have broken its back. Because we have been unable to go to the southeast and inform the people there, the issue can not be solved there. So they are active in an empty region. But communism has collapsed wherever we have been present. It has collapsed everywhere in the world. We have given it no room to breathe. We inevitably find a way. Even if there is a mountain in front of me, I will find a way. By Allah’s leave. Darwinism talks about a propulsive force that permits development in the world of living beings. Who says this? Darwin says. “There is a propulsive force that enables trees, plants, human beings and everything to develop.” Notice that he maintains that this is conflict. Look, this explains the origins of the wars, communism and fascism everywhere. “The fundamental assumption of Darwin’s theory is that natural resources are insufficient for living things, for which reason there is a constant struggle for life, and this struggle is an evolutionary force.” Just like the root of Marx’s thinking. They based both Marxism and fascism on this rotten theory. They say that society cannot develop without conflict. The reason why the alleged organization Ergenekon funded the PKK is that otherwise our army would not remain energetic, otherwise it would go in there.
