ADNAN OKTAR: One of the important subjects I concentrate on is for our Muslim brothers across the world to be pleasant, modest and gentle. Almighty Allah says that the Prophet Ibrahim (as) was “gentle.” Doesn’t he? Meaning humane, calm, inoffensive. But I visit web sites, our Muslim brothers’ web sites, there are people swearing at one another, fighting, accusing each of obsession and shouting and swearing. That is ill-becoming of a Muslim. It is a disgrace, a sin, incompatible with Muslim moral values. We should see love and affection, gentleness, beauty, kindness and compassion when we visit web sites. Our brothers administering the web sites should issue written warning on their web sites for our brothers to put these matters right. This disgrace is unacceptable, they are mostly like a battlefield. There is hatred of Christians and Jews, hatred of Shiites, hatred of Wahabbists, hatred, hatred, hatred. Even hatred for communities outside their own school, even if they are sunnis. And that is a disgrace. They must stop it. See how the unbelievers work together in alliance. Allah says in one verse that, those who do not believe are the protectors of one another.. They protect and look out for one another really well, no matter where they may be. Masons, bad lots, communists, members of the alleged organization Ergenekon. We look at the list in Turkey, they are such a team. Some know each other and some do not, some are masons, some are communists and some are bad lots, but they all come together on one point: on enmity toward Muslims and Turks. Isn’t that right? There is a hatred of Islam, may Allah forbid, and of Turks and Turkishness, hatred of Turkish nationalism, there is anger toward Ataturk and they are all in alliance on this. Muslims and Turkish nationalists must be in alliance on this. They must be respectful, pleasant and gentle toward one another. Let us start with the web sites first and have these cleaned up. There must be no insults or rudeness on Muslim sites. Let us get rid of these for one thing and initiate such a campaign. Let us start a campaign to clean up all our web sites right across Turkey and get rid of all the filth. There is no room for insults on them, or swearing or aggression.
