For one thing, the anger and division stemming from sectarian differences must be completely eradicated. Look, I am saying the easiest thing; nobody can say they cannot do it. What is difficult about it? You just have to go and say salamunalaikum - alaikumsalam and ask how your brother is doing? You can eat and drink with them. I am saying the easiest thing of all. This is terrible corruption and must be eliminated at once. Muslims must think the best of one another. Muslims have a tendency to gossip, or rather a lot of them do. There are good ones, of course, and they are beyond that. When there is a class atmosphere, and when something happens, they start gossiping about other communities. I have seen a lot of that. It’s a thing they mostly like. When two people come together they right away start gossiping. But gossip is unlawful. Allah compares it to eating the flesh of a Muslim. And it brings with it infertility and inauspicious. It is a very evil thing, insha’Allah.
