Excerpt From Mr. Adnan Oktar's live interview on Kayseri TV, March 17th, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR: [Reading a viewer message] "Dear Adnan Hodja," he says, "I am begging you for the love of Allah.” He wrote this in capitals. “Tell us your views of the Harab Synagogue now, as a matter of urgency. Palestinian groups are very worried that the al-Aqsa Mosque is in danger. Show that courageous approach of yours. I repeat for the love of Allah. Please, we are suffering. Al-Aqsa is as sacred to us as the Kaaba. I am urgently awaiting a statement from you." Salih İlker.
I have said this before. Let us think of a stone weighing 100 kilos on the ground. One person alone cannot lift it. Nor two people. Four people, maybe. But 10 people can throw it through the air. They each just have to, lift 10 kilos, don't they? But 20 people can easily launch it through the air. And if 100 people lift it, they each have to lift just 1 kilo; they won't even feel it.
What is happening in Palestine is four people are trying to lift that 100-kilo stone. They can't. Look, our Prophet (saas) has set out the events that will take place in Jerusalem in the End Times, as well as in Palestine, and the events that Muslims will be confronted by. He says you will be aggrieved. He says you will be in a difficult position. Jews and Christians will also be in a difficult position. And Muslims too. Our Prophet (saas) says that in this context, this, this and this portents will come about at that time. Look, he sets out the signs. He says that Muslims must be united at that time. They must form an Islamic alliance, and the Mahdi (pbuh) from my descendant, will be at their head, he says. They must find him and make him their leader, he says. If someone says, "This is all nonsense. Forget it," may Allah forbid, then we open up the Qur'an and show him. We tell him; “Look, there are plenty of verses in the Qur'an about the world dominion of Islam and about Muslims being united. There are verses about division being a sin. Allah makes division unlawful.” And in verse 55 of Surah Nur, Allah says “if you are sincere and candidly strive on Allah’s path, I will give you dominion all over the world”, isn’t that so? In verse 55 of Surah Nur. But he says, "That does not concern me." Then in that case why does Jerusalem concern you? Why does the al-Aqsa Mosque concern you? Nothing will concern you. You will just regard it as a mere building. A sports facility is maybe more impressive for such people. An indoor sports facility. My words are addressed to true, sincere Muslims. My brother here has written most sincerely, that is what he is saying.
Look, Jews come here, almost in tears they are so intense. They all are frustrated with the Israeli State, all devout Jews. The Israeli police beat them all. They insult and humiliate them. They do the same to Muslims, and Christians. But there are just a few of these people. There are far more devout believers. Look, I am also addressing the Jews. If you want the Masjid of Solomon to be built there, if you want to go back to the beautiful days of the past when you were at ease, if you want to be able to travel freely around the whole region –Jordan and everywhere else included– if you want to wander around, do business and commerce, and live in peace, than pray Allah to send the King Messiah. Torah is thoroughly filled with this. This is a pronouncement, commandment from the Torah. They cannot deny the Torah. We can see in the hadith that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is the same person as the King Messiah in the Torah. We can see that the King Messiah and Hazrat Mahdi (as) are the same person from the hadith, as well as statements in the Torah and the signs in the Qur'an. He is someone who rules the world.
Now, some Jews have said, "We will build this Masjid, the Masjid of Solomon." Some say, "The Messiah is probably not going to come and we will build the Masjid." But if you do not believe in the Torah, what do you care about the Masjid? What good is it to you? What will you do in the Masjid? If you do not believe in the King Messiah, in the coming of the King Messiah, in hundreds of statements from the Torah, then what is your relation with it? What do you want it for? If you are sincere, then pray Allah for the coming of the King Messiah, the Mahdi (as) and show efforts to this end.
For instance, I have spoken to Jews. And they say, "Yes. We know the King Messiah has come. We can tell that from the circumstances." But they have to be united. In other words, Muslims, Christians and Jews must form an alliance. They [Muslims] imagine that devout people are in charge in Israel. The irreligious are actually in charge in Israel. They are ruining the Israeli Jews and treating them like pariahs. They are treating them like third class citizens. They treat them like bizarre beings. And they provoke them by saying, "Go there now, we are going to build the Masjid of Solomon there." They cause them to be oppressed and Muslims to be oppressed, too. They have the troops in Israel oppressed. A handful of people are responsible for all this.
But if Jews, Christians and Muslims sit down together and say, "We all share the same objective, we all believe in the One Allah, we all believe in the true Prophets..." Jews in any case say, "All Muslims are on the true path." In other words, they say that they regard Muslims as members of the Islam Religion, they say that it is the Islam Religion, a true faith. People are unaware of this. Jews regard Islam as a true faith and Muslims as the people of Noah." And they say, "Prophet Mohammed (saas) is a true Prophet." Again they say, "The Qur'an is the truth. But we are Jews." That is their belief. We cannot force them to become Muslims. Whatever Allah bestows is what there will be.
The thing to be done here; if Muslims will not seek a leader, if they do not want one… They hold up placards saying, "Down with Israel" or "Damn the Oppressors." What is that all about? What do these all mean? Why not say, "We want the Turkish-Islamic Union to be established. Let the Turkic and Islamic world unite." Hold up placards saying, "We want Islamic Union. All Muslims must be as one. All Muslims are brothers." Or, "We want a Muslim leader. A loving, affectionate, just and compassionate leader. Let him also protect Jews and Christians. A leader who has compassion for all Muslims, Christians and Jews. This is an age of mercy and love. Put an end to all wars." That is what they should say.
ADNAN OKTAR: If they don't, it will all carry on the same and everyone would be miserable, let me state that.
