ADNAN OKTAR: Let me say that it is absolutely and totally impossible for Muslims to be at peace in the world before the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as). It is not possible. A society without a single brain at its head cannot coalesce. The coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as) is essential in terms of speed, of a simple solution, of affection and love and of general fervor and happiness. No other way is possible. This monotony will increasingly disappear. Visas have been lifted in all countries, for instance, and if Hazrat Mahdi (as) had appeared the abolition of the visas would have borne great fruit. The lifting of passports would have borne bear great fruit. But passports are to be lifted now but nothing will change. Because the abolition of passports will obviously have no impact in the absence of any spiritual fervor, insha’Allah.

OKTAR BABUNA: But there has been a real rise since you have spoken about it. Visas have been lifted in 57 countries, and now Russia is lifting the requirement.

ADNAN OKTAR: At the moment the groundwork for the system of the Hazrat Mahdi (as) is being prepared. The rooms of this great house on Earth are being readied for the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as). The world is being turned into one single house, insha’Allah.

OKTAR BABUNA: Nobody even dreamed of this until you spoke of it. But then a chain reaction suddenly began, masha’Allah. As you say, the groundwork is being prepared, alhamdulillah.

ADNAN OKTAR: In other words, the lifting of passports and visas, then the establishment of the law, increased freedoms, the development of the internet and television systems, all these things are the foundation of the system of Hazrat Mahdi (as). I mean, the body cannot stand up without a brain. The brain of the Islamic world is Hazrat Mahdi (as). He is the decision-making mechanism, its consciousness. A leaderless community can never take action. Let us select someone; that is out of the question. Neither the Shiites would accept that, nor the Sunnis, nor the Wahabbists, nor other countries. They could never agree on a single person. And disorder is inevitable in an environment where there is no single individual. That is why Muslims must pray for the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (as), though not for his coming, as he is already here. Let me say that the Christian world will never become Muslim without the coming of Hazrat Messiah (as), never. But when he comes, they will be unable to avoid becoming Muslim. They will not say they refuse to become Muslims. That is their destiny. Allah has given him that task. Jesus the Messiah (as), plus salvation. Allah will not bestow salvation in the absence of Jesus the Messiah (as). Along with Messiah (as). That is his task. For example our Prophet (saas) comes, but even if the Qur’an comes, Islam will still not spread without our Prophet. At the moment, the Qur’an is in people’s homes, but people do not listen to it. That means there has to be an imam. We need a prophet. We need an envoy, a Mahdi, a guide. Don’t we? That has been the case at all times. You cannot have a society with no leader. Muslims will definitely have a spiritual leader. There has to be a brain for there to be fervor, joy and determination in society, who will enthuse it and act systematically. The Islam world is now gathered together. Like a meeting before the opening of Parliament. The opening, the agenda, speeches and closing. The opening, the agenda, speeches and closing. But nothing will come of it. Islamic Union meetings have been going on for years. Lovely cakes and soft drinks are handed round and everyone talks. Then they all go home again. Everyone goes back to his own affairs. Nothing comes of it. Why not? Is it possible for that Islamic meeting to take place, and for Hazrat Mahdi (as) to be there but nothing to come of it? The Islamic world will be rocked when Hazrat Mahdi (as) appears. How would that tranquility be? Islam cannot rule in the absence of a mad excitement. Mad fervor is essential. A mad love. The world will then jump up and down. World should shake. The alternative is talking about who said what and let’s all have another cup of tea in tranquility. Then after all that talk everyone just goes to sleep. There are many cases of that. There are even people who say that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will appear in 300, 400 or 500 years’ time. They say that is fine, and we can all go on sleeping. And everyone has his family to think about, his wife car and own interests to look after. Everyone has found a source of income. They are happy. They say that eating rice is Sunna. Let’s eat rice, they say. Eating melon is Sunna... But what about the global dominion of Islam? Forget that, they say. That is another matter, they say. They relegate the most important thing to 400-500 years in the future. Isn’t that so? The global dominion of Islam is vital. People are dying and being devastated. We need to strive for it right this week, this month, tomorrow. We should endeavor hard. But these people are not interested in the coming of the Messiah (as). A great prophet is due to return to Earth after 2000 years. People should be unable to sleep from excitement. But they are abnormally calm. Hazrat Mahdi (as) has been praised, and all the portents of his coming have taken place, but they are doing all they can to conceal them. They are trying to conceal hundreds of portents. Which one will you conceal?. Some do it out of ignorance. Some students of Bediuzzaman, even though Bediuzzaman, set it out quite explicitly, and gave a date for it. He says Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be a person, not a collective personality. He has students. He and his followers together will constitute a collective personality, he says. But they say, no, he will come as a collective personality. They say that Hazrat Mahdi (as) has already come. They say that the next person to come will just be a political leader at most. They say there will be someone to read the Risale-i Nur Collection. In other words, they are trying to take away from Muslims the excitement concerning Hazrat Mahdi (as) bestowed by Said Nursi and Rasulullah (saas). But in that event, Allah will give them their due reward. What is there to be surpised about? You will be rewarded for whatever you desire. But Almighty Allah never goes back on His promises. Allah says that He will make prevail, together with Hazrat Mahdi (as). Allah will cause Islam to rule the world with just a few followers, even if there is nobody else. Nobody in the world can stop this. They say, “Visas are being abolished in Russia.” Russia used to be the main threat facing Turkey. The Turkish Army in the East was directly facing Russia. It was regarded as our worst enemy. So why has Allah changed that? And why are visas being lifted. Because Russia will join the Turkish-Islamic Union. Allah has had visas lifted in all the countries that will join the Turkish-Islamic Union. All those countries now bear a spiritual seal. The stamp of Rasulullah (saas) is upon al their foreheads. All these countries in which the visa has been lifted will join the Turkish-Islamic Union. The preparations are being made. But Hazrat Mahdi (as) is the brain behind it. When he comes, the body will finally acquire a soul. As with the Prophet Adam (as). The main structure of the Islamic world was in place, like a statue made out of clay. In the same way that Allah breathed life into the Prophet Adam (as), who rose up when Allah told him to, so when the spirit of Hazrat Mahdi (as) enters the Islamic world that world will have a soul, insha’Allah. And with the coming of the Messiah (as), Islam will rule the entire world, insha’Allah.
