Excerpt From Mr. Adnan Oktar's live interview on Kayseri TV, March 17th, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR: Look, Allah shows people what will happen in the absence of the system of the Mahdi (pbuh). This is the wisdom here. See, in Jerusalem they were saying what need there is for the system of the Mahdi (pbuh). Acting as if they are already talking and in agreement with Israel and if they boss around, then the matter will come to an end. But Israel will not act such because of their bossing around. No country will act in such a way because of that kind of bullying. Nor will Iran. Isn't that right? No country will respond to bluster. I do not see any country behaving itself due to bullying. No such thing will happen.
Therefore, the first thing to do is for our brothers in Palestine, in Egypt and Pakistan and Jordan, everyone who is uneasy over the issue, to demand the fundamental solution. They are now saying, "Tell us your views about the Harab Synagogue." If they are going to open a synagogue, let them do so. Synagogues are placed under guarantee in the Qur'an. What is wrong with opening up a synagogue? Why shouldn’t they be opened? Then they will say no mosques should be opened. Is that acceptable? They will open the synagogue. That is not the issue.
"Palestinian groups are worried that the al-Aqsa Mosque is in danger." My brother, there is a huge responsibility incumbent on the whole Islamic world. That is the Islamic Union. This is a very clear commandment. There is a great obligation imposed by Allah for Muslims to unite. It is unacceptable to ignore this command, but make a fuss about the opening of the Harab Synagogue. The first thing to be done there is to obey Allah's command and make it happen. It is a religious obligation and Allah’s command to establish the Turkish-Islamic Union. It is a sin for Muslims to be divided. Let us first eliminate that sin. Muslims are sinning because of this every day, aren't they? And let us realize this religious duty. Let the Turkish-Islamic Union be established. No such issues can happen once the Turkish-Islamic Union has been established. Would there be any need to raise such a matter once we have the Turkish-Islamic Union?
If Muslims have a leader at their head, what will the Palestinian do? He will go and say, "Salamun Alaikum." "Alaikum Salam." He will go and embrace the Israelis, saying you are our people, brothers and entrusted to us. He will tell them to open up the borders and pull down those walls. "Move around as you wish, the whole place belongs to you," he will say. By Allah's leave, he will tell them to go, as it is stated cin their resources, across the Nile and to the Euphrates, even further than Euphrates, to go wherever they please. To do business as they please, to marry, settle, hold their weddings and do whatever they like. That there are no restrictions to you. You are entrusted to Muslims. Isn't that right?
There is plenty of vacant land adjoining the rear of the Masjid al-Aqsa. I have shown it here before. We can set up the Masjid of Solomon there in splendor. In three parts; one for Muslims, one for Christians and one for Jews. By Allah's leave it will be a magnificent structure, in perfection and identical to the original. Muslims can act as guarantors and they [Jews, Christians] can live where they like, in plenty, abundance and peace. Then the issues would be resolved, otherwise the other is a complete dead-end. The consequences would be terrible in this way, may Allah protect us. That would be an affliction both on Israel and on Palestine, and also on Jordan and on Egypt. That is what would happen. Because there is a situation that will attract the wrath of Allah. They do not want the unification, they don’t want the Turkish Islamic Union, they can’t even mention its name. My brother all they should be saying is, "O Lord, give us the Turkish-Islamic Union in this century." Simple as that. Nothing else. How long would that prayer take to say? “O Lord, give us the dominion of the Turkish-Islamic Union in this century." They will ask for its immediate institution, that is all. How long does is take to pray that way? Look, let all the Muslims say this. If they all say this only once, I am saying that Islam will have dominion, so long as they say this just for once. But they cannot say it.
ADNAN OKTAR: There is something very odd here. I look at the papers, and they talk about "Damn Israel!" and "Israel has gone mad!", things like that. But what is the meaning of your failure in demanding the Turkish-Islamic Union? If we assume they have gone mad, what is your justification for committing such a deep, big sin? What is your explanation for not abiding by Allah's command? Why do you not put that in the headlines? Would your tongue drop off? The answer for salvation of Israel and Palestine, for the whole region, lies in the Turkish-Islamic Union. You must say they cannot be freed in the absence of Allah's prosperous, luminous system. You must say it cannot happen unless Islamic moral values are established and rule the region. They throw stones at tanks, at Israeli soldiers, and they bomb them back in return, and fire bullets at them... This is a complete dead-end. They are in a deadlock, and no good can come out of that. As a consequence hundreds of Palestinians are crippled, some are blind and others are lame. And they break the bones and noses of Israeli soldiers. Everyone is restless, both Palestinians and Israelis. They all live in fear of death. Look, nobody is in favor of Allah's solution. By which I mean the great majority of people are not aware of that, though there are still millions of Muslims who do want it. But the majority are not at all keen. Muslims must really insist on this matter.
PRESENTER: There is a bit of a question of trust, of mutual trust. How can we have trust?
ADNAN OKTAR: Now, I have spoken with Jews, people who came here. They came the other day and we talked without it being broadcast. They want the Turkish-Islamic Union to govern the region. "Govern it," they say. "So long as we can be at ease and live in security," they say. Isn't that right? "Let us have a State there. Let us live at ease and in peace. And let the Turkish-Islamic Union have dominion in the region, and let it secure confidence and peace," they say. Nobody says 'no' to that. Their words are quite explicit. They also say, "The King Messiah has come and we are aware of that." There is in any case no other possible time in their own faith; the King Messiah has come. But their numbers are also few. There is not enough of them to influence the State of Israel. They too need to be united and unified. The Jews also need to be in full alliance. They need to unite on the subject of the King Messiah, the Mahdi (pbuh). And they must strive with all their might for the formation of the Turkish-Islamic Union. Do they not want freedom? There is one word and One Allah, and that will be established, insha'Allah. Plenty and abundance? There will be much of that. No harm will come to a hair of their heads. Palestine will also relax, the children are in a wretched state there. Those young girls, I saw them today, girls wearing white headscarves on the streets. The police chase them and they chase the police. Israel is in continuous disturbance. There are checkpoints and detectors everywhere. Is someone carrying a bomb, will they blow somewhere up? What need is there for all that fear? Get rid of all these detectors. They have filled the border crossings with all kinds of equipment. You simply need to say, "We guarantee that no harm will come to anyone." Isn’t that right? Just open those doors and pull those walls down. Live as you wish. It is as clear as that.
It is an excellent thing for the Jews to strive for the Masjid of Solomon. It is in any case essential for a Muslim to want a place of worship that has come down since the time of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) to be restored. For instance, the holy tomb of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh) is not maintained properly. Open the place up, bring down the buildings there and let us culminate vineyards, gardens there. Again a masjid can be built next to it, a splendid, beautiful one.
There is also no such thing of me not considering Christians. One part of the Masjid will be for Christians, one for Muslims and one for Jews. Everyone can worship and be brothers. They can live in friendship and security. If you ignore this facility that Allah has provided, the result will be a dead-end. The Jews who came here were terribly uneasy, saying there will be a war. "Allah forbid," they say, "if they drop an atom bomb, Israel is a very small place, a tiny country. It will totally be destroyed." That is true. Why should the line of the Prophets be annihilated? No such thing will ever happen, and we will never allow that, by Allah's leave. But neither will we permit any harm to come to Muslims, nor Jews, nor Christians, insha'Allah.
