ADNAN OKTAR: People said with regard to Allah:"They will say : Our Lord, our miserable destiny overpowered us. We were misguided people." Look, the Qur'an imparts a very important secret here. I take refuge in Allah from the satan, "They will say; Our Lord, our miserable destiny overpowered us."We go out on the streets and people are unhappy. People who are unhappy fail to love Allah, or other people, and they fail to be successful at their work, they have a tendency towards crime and can harm themselves. They can commit evil against themselves. Look, it says: "..our miserable destiny overpowered us". Unhappiness is the starting point for all scourges, and unhappiness is unlawful. Giving up, feeling sad, in other words... Allah says, "do not be downhearted." Being unhappy in unlawful. The verse is quite explicit. Unhappiness will not prevail. For instance we will have the joy of faith. How else could it be? Allah had created us, created us as human beings, and bestowed on us all these blessings and reason. Above all else we have an existence, instead of being nothing, we do have an existence. This is a very great blessing. And, thanks be to Allah, it is impossible to cease to exist once one has come into existence. Allah forbid, He would have to cease to exist in order for us to do so. Our life ever since our childhood up until this moment, in the Sight of Allah, within the exact form, I meanly exactly as we lived through, is impossible to cease to exist until the infinity. Let me repeat that, may Allah forbid, Allah would have to cease to exist first. Because neither sound ceases to exist, nor the things said, nor the senses, nor memory, nor appearance nor anything else. None of them disappears. Because they are all specially created by Allah. And something created never ceases to exist. In the memory of Allah, and I am saying this only for people can understand, I mean, Allah has no need of memory, I am merely saying this so they understand. They will remain fixed for all time. They will never disappear. That is why I say when people talk about the eternal life beginning, it had already begun. We say the eternal life will begun. But it has already begun so. And, by Allah's will, it is impossible for you to step outside it. I mean, it is impossible for that image to cease to exist. Those already exist in the eternal before and the eternal after and will never cease to exist, insha'Allah.
