ADNAN OKTAR: I do not say that. Some of our Israeli, Jewish brothers have a mistaken belief. They think that the Al-Aqsa Mosque will have to be torn down to rebuild the Solomon Masjid, and that the temple has to be built on that spot. That is wrong, and the hadith tell us the Al-Aqsa Mosque will stand until the Doomsday.
PRESENTER: They presumably want and speak of that out of ill intentions?
ADNAN OKTAR: They are misinformed. It is simply based on wrong information in their beliefs. That is all. In any case, they can never do such a thing. Abrahamson came here as my guest as a representative of the Sanhedrin. He has only recently left. A Rabbi. They sent him specially as an authorized Rabbi. I asked him what was going on. He said it was no such thing and that they had no such intentions. He said there was no question of the Al-Aqsa Mosque being torn down.
I have already said that there is plenty of vacant land there, and that a masjid can easily be constructed on the empty land behind it. I said they can build it there, by Allah’s leave. The Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque will stand until Doomsday. For one thing, Hazrat Mahdi (as) will pray there, together with the Prophet Jesus (as). So how can the Al-Aqsa Mosque be demolished? That is in the hadith. Our Prophet (saas) tells us. The Mosque will fall down on Doomsday, but they cannot touch a single brick in it until Doomsday. That is impossible, by Allah’s will. They can rest easy on that matter. I have looked and there is plenty of suitable land there. We will build the Solomon Masjid, insha’Allah.
There are also the sites of temples left over from the time of the Prophets Ishmael, Isaac and Jacob. And we will build mosques there. We will build mosques everywhere these are pulled down. Not just one. Not just the Solomon Masjid, there are at least a thousand historic ruined temples. There is an urgent need for temples, and we will build them. One of these is the Solomon Masjid. We will construct it in all its glory and beauty, insha’Allah. Hazrat Mahdi (as) will do it personally, by Allah’s leave. And we will help as his vanguard and followers, insha’Allah. By Allah’s leave, we will carry the stone and labor on the temple.
