ADNAN OKTAR: Let them be joyful, it would be very erroneous for a person to break his inner strength. It would be vey flawed to fall for whispers, to produce issues with which to be distressed and thus break his inner strength. This aside, Allah tells believers not to dispute with one other or else they would lose heart. Muslims should not be against each other, they need to protect and take care of one another; of course as long much as they are able insha’Allah. Joy and bliss is an almsgiving. There is the need to offer joy and bliss to Muslims. There is the need to say beautiful words. This is also alms. There is the need to say good words. For instance one must avoid saying words which will cause one to fall for whispers, that will disquiet him. Saying words that provide relief are beautiful. Words that cheer somebody up are beautiful.

PRESENTER: Now that the subject is about joy and bliss, we have a question from one of our audience. Let me ask it;

“One hadith refers that in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as) the sorrow in eyes will be replaced by joy. What would be your comment about the hadith?

ADNAN OKTAR: Very meaningful indeed. That is just the issue. I really have not heard about that question. It says that the sorrow in eyes will be replaced by joy. This weakness of faith will be removed, that is the first meaning. Faith of people will grow stronger, that is the second meaning. The joy for the Garden, the joy for the Hereafter, love and joy of Allah, right? The fear of Allah and joy of Him will cover a person all over. Fear of Allah gives a person joy. Fear of Allah is dissimilar to the fear we know. Fear of Allah gives joy to a person. Fear of Allah is a blessing. It is the origin of love and passion. Fear of Allah is the origin of love of Allah. With the fear of Allah a person becomes reliable, he becomes a reliable person. Once you become reliable, it already means a fragrance from the Garden. A beauty from the Garden. The state of a non-reliable person is bad. For a reliable person, on the other hand, it is very beautiful, insha’Allah.
