ALTUG BERKER:Our brother Zulfikar Aksu asks a question about the Prophet Jesus (pbuh): "Salamun alaikum, dear Adnan Hodja. I would like to ask you a question. Where do you think the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will appear? For example, Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)'s residence is in Istanbul. Where will that of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) be? Do you know who he is? Are you in contact with him? Can we also come to know him? Is he someone currently active in the world media? Or is he still in hiding? You asked us to keep our questions short in the previous program, and I have tried to do so." Zulfikar Aksu from Austria.

ADNAN OKTAR:Masha'Allah. Now, for one thing Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will of course live among the public. He will be within people. But there is no hadith to the effect that the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will be among the public. He will do that later; he will be travelling all around the world, but not in the initial stage. We can clearly see this from statements by Bediuzzaman and from the hadith. For instance, he says; "The Mahdi (pbuh) is like the Prophet Joseph (pbuh). The public will not know him, though he will know the public. He will walk among them." We see from this that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be visible to the public. But we also see that the public will not recognize him, or act as if they have not realized his coming. It is understood they will be negligent of his appearance.

But the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) has a particular need to remain secluded. Because claiming to be a prophet is something that attracts a heavy sanction in all states. They will put the person in a mental institution straight away, with no question. I am saying this with regard to false prophets. Or if they consider this to be a serious movement developing, many states have a reflexive action against it, as if to protect itself. They go on the offensive and are capable of doing anything, may Allah forbid! Now, the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will remain concealed, as a miracle; but there is also the law of Allah. He will abide by this law and he will therefore remain concealed. The Prophet Jesus (pbuh) is currently active in the political sphere. Bediuzzaman says he will leave faith-related activities to Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and will personally direct the world of politics, global politics. So the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) has not yet been reflected in the media. Nobody has since seen his photograph or face. As for his location, Bediuzzaman says those personalities of the End Times will appear in Istanbul. But in my opinion, the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will also appear in Istanbul and come to the city to pray together with Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), is currently active in Europe and the United States. I even think he is in action in Israel, insha'Allah. He has a group of 1400 followers. I even think that some of his followers are Jews and some are Christians. I think he has followers belonging to various faiths, such as Catholics, Orthodox and Jews. He definitely has meetings with Hazrat Khidr (pbuh), of course. He is not like Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), because Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will not know Hazrat Khidr (pbuh) even if he has contact with him. If Hazrat Khidr (pbuh) does not identify himself. But the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will know Hazrat Khidr (pbuh) through revelation and he will recognize him clearly.
