Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's live interview on Samsun AKS and TV Kayseri dated April 7th, 2010.
ADNAN OKTAR:When a Muslim who possesses a Masonic soul, who is attached to a satanic lodge, is asked what he is doing. First he says "my future, I am trying to finish my school. Then I will have a golden bracelet, I should have a profession." Then "I have a brother, sister, mother, father, they are very important, I only am up to them, I am up to saving them," he says. Then you say "Okay then, what is your hold on your homeland, nation and the Turkish-Islamic world?" He says, “we do not have such a great scale of course. We humbly perform our prayers at our homes". He says "whenever it is needed to have an argument or so in here and there, at the busses and so, we also talk and discuss about those issues as well." Whenever it is needed to display a sophistication at school, etc. "I do that too," he says. That is not how it should be. There is that raging soul, the argumentative soul in the essence of men. Many people might be using this in the name of Islam. He might be arrogant, he might have a feeling of supremacy in him. Just to satisfy his arrogance, he might attempt to use Islam. His aim is not to communicate the word of Islam but to be victorious. For instance, he might have nothing to do with the headscarf, he might have no relation whatsoever with the spirit of using a headscarf but he carries out a fight for it. This constitutes a huge sensation for him. He enjoys that conflict, that screaming, that fuss, that discussion. These things also happen in high schools as well, they have debates and some take great pleasure from that. Afterwards, of course the ones advocating the rightness is an exception, I consider the ones defending the truth free of this, but the spirit of rage exists in every person's soul. When he does that, when he talks full of rage, he assumes that he serves the religion very well. However we can't serve Islam by making people upset, by pushing them away from us, by satisfying our arrogance. That is because everything they say creates hatred. Whereas if he approaches with compassion and sincerity and not with the argumentative spirit, right, if he approaches with a mild attitude and talks with a candid style, he will win them over. But when he talks with a rogue, aggressive, arrogant, supercilious and brazen style, he causes a great amount of hatred and repulsion. When people escape from him, when they leave him alone, he takes it as a victory. He says; "I have achieved very good results. They have been shattered, they have just melted, I tore them in pieces". In fact he only makes people feel disaffected from Islam. That has a destructive effect. He both satisfies his ego and has a destructive effect. When you push such types of people a bit, if you attempt to put them in conflict with their own interests, they would instantly choose their own interests. I mean the important point here is to be the one that defends Islam and the Qur'an in the face of difficulties.
