Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's live interview on March 10th, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR:There is currently a submersed tension between Iran and Israel. We have spoken with our Israeli friends and brothers. We have also spoken with Iranians. For one thing, the idea that there will be war between Israel and Iran is a deliberately incited one. Such a thing is impossible. In other words, even if there were deliberate provocation, Turkey is a leading country here. It [Turkey] is in a position to demand to know what is going on, to say this is unacceptable. Second, it is an impossible impossibility for Iran to launch a nuclear weapon against Israel. Because there are a great many Muslims in Israel. Just on the basis of those Muslims alone it would be impossible for them to do that. There are a great many Christians. They could not do such a thing because of them, either. There are women and children who are Jewish. They could not do such a thing on account of them. There are many devout Jews. They could never do such a thing because of them.
TARKAN YAVAS: Yes, insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR:They will say there are a bunch of or 100 to 200 fanatical atheists there, in Israel, and that these are of Jewish origin and that they want to punish them. By wiping Israel off the map. Does that have any place in the Qur'an, in Islam? When was that ever acceptable? Such a thing to occur is impossible. It would be a terrible sin. No Islamic country and no Muslim can do such a thing. It is therefore also not possible for Iran to do such a thing. And to launch an atom bomb against Jerusalem, home to the al-Aqsa Mosque would mean that Allah would break people's arms and necks if they did such a thing. Such an act is inconceivable. It can never happen.
TARKAN YAVAS:Masha'Allah. You have already issued a statement on this. You said that using nuclear weapons or an atom bomb is a sin. And immediately afterward, the most senior figures in Iran, as well as Ahmadinejad, confirmed what you said right away.
ADNAN OKTAR:I said they should declare that and they did so. We warned them again and they made another statement. Yes, insha'Allah.
TARKAN YAVAS: Ahmadinejad's recent statements have all been directed toward love and peace, insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR:But this may not go on like this. It would be useful to bring together senior figures from the Iranian and Israeli administrations and once again confirm the impossibility of this. Because there is an unnecessary unease and tension. Their state of mind is one of something really is going to happen. Yet, it is impossible for such an act to happen. A handful of people say such things, but Iran is a whole big country, as is Turkey. In addition, the Middle East is not uncontrolled. It is not an unregulated region. We will allow no harm to befall our Muslim brothers, Christians or Jews in Israel as they are all servants of Allah. I have said this before.
TARKAN YAVAS:Yes, you have.
ADNAN OKTAR:I will bring the roof down on anyone who does that. We may do that.
TARKAN YAVAS:You said that at the press conference, masha'Allah. It was reported on all the web sites and in the papers.
ADNAN OKTAR:I am underlining it one more time. There is something I know, that is why I am telling this. Look, I say that if anyone touches a hair of our Muslim, Jewish or Christian brothers in Israel, we will come down on them and topple the sky on their heads. That is a country for people to live together in peace, security and brotherhood. And there will be no more war from now on. I said that. There is a 70-year period in front of us. A period when Islam will rule. A period when the Turkish-Islamic Union will be established. Israel will be a happy nation within the peaceful structure of the Turkish-Islamic Union. It will be as free as possible. It will be as blissful as possible. We will rebuild the Masjid of Solomon, insha'Allah. We will build a masjeed next to the tomb of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh), insha'Allah. We will found masjeeds by the tombs of the other Prophets, insha'Allah. The Turkish-Islamic Union will dominate the region in abundance. The warmth of arts and culture of the Ottomans will reign in the region. They will live in happiness. According to the hadith, the Messiah, Jesus the Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will permit no blood to be shed. According to the Torah, the Messiah (pbuh) described in the Torah is to the same with the Mahdi (pbuh). The King Messiah is to the same person with the Mahdi (pbuh). The Torah describes the position of the King Messiah in great detail, and he will shed no blood. It even says he will melt down the arrows and bows and turn them into plowshares. It says those will be used in agriculture. It therefore says that there will be not even a drop of bloodshed. And the End Times referred to is right now.
TARKAN YAVAS:These Christians were also in an error. In their own eyes, according to the Bible, they regard Islamic Union as the union of dajjal (antichrist), may Allah forbid. They said there would be terrible wars and slaughter.
ADNAN OKTAR:There are so many people who are keen on bloodshed. Those people who we consider to be our Muslims brothers even say that, and indeed Cubbeli says so. He says there will be such bloodshed and a huge mountain of dead bodies, that people will be gutted like fish, and birds will take flight over those human corpses. They say that birds, for instance a pigeon will die before they fly to the end of those dead bodies. Birds can sometimes fly for 3000 km, so they fly that distance, but the corpses will still go on. Just like gutted fish. What a terrible thirst for blood and dead bodies this is! And what a hunger for death! What a weird idea it is! Isn't it? There is no such thing. The hadith relate at length how Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the King Messiah in other words, will shed no blood at all.
Jeremiah says he will "do what is just and right". (Jeremiah, 23:5)
The Mahdi (pbuh) "will be even wiser than Solomon." (Mishnah Torah, Repentance 9:2)" it says. That is what they [Jews] believe, according to the Torah.
"The Messianic age [Golden Age] will be ruled by the Messiah [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)]... outstanding in wisdom." (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Sanhedrin 10:1)
"He [the Lord] shows unfailing kindness to His anointed." (2 Samuel, 22:51).
"He [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] will proclaim peace to the nations..." (Zechariah, 9:10) The Messiah, in other words. The King Messiah, the Mahdi (pbuh), will speak peace unto the nations. He will say that no blood shall be spilled, that there will be no wars as in Zechariah, 9:10.
"His [Hazrat Mahdi's (pbuh)] great righteousness and the wonders that he will bring about will cause all peoples to make peace with him…" (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Sanhedrin 10:1)
"In the days of the Messiah [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)])... battles and wars will cease... They will not lift a sword, nation against nation." (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Sanhedrin 10:1)
"By his [Hazrat Mahdi's (pbuh)] great righteousness"in other words, it says he is extremely religious. (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Sanhedrin 10).
"And the spirit of Lord shall rest upon him [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)], the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Lord." (Isaiah, 11:2) Look, "the spirit of Lord shall rest upon him [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)], the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Lord."
"Here is My servant, whom I uphold, My chosen one in whom I delight; I will put My spirit on him [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)]..." (Isaiah, 42:1)
That is Almighty Allah's statement cited as a pronouncement in the Torah.
TARKAN YAVAS:The Jews did not know that. You have been the means in showing the King Messiah referred in the Torah is the Mahdi (pbuh), insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR:Look, "Here I will make a horn grow for David [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] and set up a lamp for My anointed one…." (Psalms, 132:17-18) This, of course, is the line of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh).
"... He [the Lord] will give strength unto His king [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)], and exalt the horn of His anointed." (1 Samuel, 2:10)
"… The government is upon his [Hazrat Mahdi's (pbuh)] shoulder..." (Isaiah, 9:6)
"[Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is] righteous and having salvation…" (Zechariah, 9:9)
"When you see a generation overwhelmed by many troubles… which is followed by, and the Redeemer [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] shall come." (Talmud, Sanhedrin 98a)
"He [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth", it means he will influence with his words without having a weapon, not by gun or rifle; "with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked", that is, he will end the evil by his speech. (Isaiah, 11:4)
"… And he [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] will be called wonderful counselor." (Isaiah, 9:6) In other words, he will be somebody who gives excellent advice.
"He [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] will bring justice to the nations." (Isaiah, 42:1)
"... In faithfulness he [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth..." (Isaiah, 42:3-4) In other words, he will be so determined and fervent that people will say, you are wasting your time. It is impossible, they will say.
But look what says in the Torah, "… He will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth..." (Isaiah, 42: 4)
"Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] in righteousness to his service? Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him in righteousness to his service? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him..." (Isaiah, 41:2) That is what it says in the Torah about the Messiah, the Mahdi (pbuh) in Isaiah, 41:2. Look, "Who has stirred up one from the east", the east means the region of Turkey. "… in righteousness to his service? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him..." But with love, and science.
"You love righteousness and hate wickedness..." (Psalms, 45:7), it says of the Messiah, the Mahdi (pbuh), in Psalms 45:7.
"... With righteousness shall he [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] judge the poor..." (Isaiah, 11:4) It says he will free the oppressed, the poor, those in difficulty, everyone, in Isaiah, 11:4.
"… He [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] will do what is just and right in the land." (Jeremiah, 33:15)
"... [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] shall reign in righteousness..." (Isaiah, 32:1)
The earlier statement says he is "who in judging seeks justice..." (Isaiah, 16:5)
It says the world "will be ruled by the Messiah [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)], a righteous and honest king..." (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Sanhedrin 10:1)
I could go on all day. There is so much. There are a great many descriptions and statements about the Messiah, the Mahdi (pbuh), in the Torah. That is why there is no need for the Jews to be uneasy on that matter. We are in the age of the Mahdi (pbuh). This is not a statement based on emotion. What I am saying is a pronouncement in the Torah. It is a sign in the Qur'an. Because according to the Qur'an, the Masjeed Al-Aqsa and Jerusalem will stand upright until the Judgment Day. Nothing will happen to them. And the Jewish community will survive until the Judgment Day. They will not be annihilated, in other words. Therefore, there is no question of any such mass slaughter. Those who are inciting war and making plans for a new war, the contractors of war as I call them, are making their preparations, surely. Of course they want Israel and Iran to go to war, so that they sell weapons, so that it will cause a scene. They even want to sell bandages and dressings, and drugs, and bombs, rifles and pistols. They want to sell tanks and personnel carriers. But no such event will happen. Look, I have also stated the pronouncement in the Torah. The assertments in the hadith also confirm the same thing, in detail. In the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) no blood will be shed and a sleeping man will not be wakened. Isn't that right? There will be total justice and no wars. This is hugely important.
TARKAN YAVAS:By Allah's leave, Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will douse the flames whenever they try to bring this war about. He puts the fire outwherever it breaks out, insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR:Insha'Allah.
