OKTAR BABUNA: You were talking yesterday about the discovery of the Ark of the Prophet Noah (pbuh), insha’Allah. There were some pictures of it. Shall we show them?

ADNAN OKTAR: Let me see them.

OKTAR BABUNA: They took these pieces of timber and measured their age. They showed to be 4800 years old, the fragments taken from the boat.. A team from Hong Kong say, they entered the boat. There is a photograph here.

ADNAN OKTAR: If this is true, if those timber sections are right, then it is very clear. This is clearly the boat. If the dimensions given and these photographs of the timbers, if they are true, then the whole thing is true.

OKTAR BABUNA: This area they say they kept the animals measures 2 meters by 2 meter squares, and there is such a place with a door to it. They found nails and hooks there, insha’Allah. They think the animals were transported there. It was found at 4000 meters high on Mount Agri.

ADNAN OKTAR: It may have happened like this. The boat may have come to rest lower down, but because Noah wanted to preserve it, since it was colder higher up, meaning the chemical structure there was better suited to that, they may have carried the boat up there, since it was timber. Like the boats of Mehmet the Conqueror. He transported the boats from one place to another, didn’t he? In a similar way, it seems that the Muslims of that time carried the boat up there to hide it, carried it to a higher altitude. In other words, this is not the original place it came to rest. They may have carried it a bit higher up.

OKTAR BABUNA: Yes. These are other photographs of the boat.

ADNAN OKTAR: I repeat, if these photographs are true, this is the Ark.

OKTAR BABUNA: The age is right, too, isn’t it, at 4800 years?

ADNAN OKTAR: The age fits, too. Everything fits. The dimension and size fit. The shape also fits, and it is right in terms of where it was found. The word Judi means a chain of mountain, and this is a mountain. The Qur’an does not say it came to rest on Mount Judi. It says “it came to rest on Judi.” Judi is the name of the series of mountains there. They are all the Mount Judi chain, in other words, including Mount Agri. It coming to rest on any mountain there means it came to rest on Judi. The dictionary definition of Judi is mountain. There is a Mount Judi in Turkey, but that is different. It does not mean that. Judi just means mountain. When you ask “what is that?” they will say “Judi,” meaning a mountain. In that regard it fits completely. The fact that it is preserved in extreme cold is also most significant, and Allah made this His instrument. They found the boat underground, didn’t they? It was underground, covered over with soil. The chemical structure of the soil is also suitable. I mean, it is of a kind that prevents oxidation, its chemical structure prevents decay. It is a special soil. The soil next to it is not the same as that there. That is also highly significant. The same soil is not to be found anywhere else in that territory, it’s chemical nature is totally different. The soil that covered the boat is totally different. Its chemical structure makes it very different, and that is most significant.

OKTAR BABUNA: You know beter than I do, and the ice also preserved it...

ADNAN OKTAR: Of course, it was also covered in ice. There is an indication in the Qur’an that the Ark wil be preserved. It is most significant in that regard. The sacred relics have begun appearing one by one in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

OKTAR BABUNA:There is a question about the Prophet Noah (pbuh), about the verse. Shall I read it?

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes.

OKTAR BABUNA:I seek refuge in Allah from the cursed satan, “When you and those with you are settled in the Ship, then say: “Praise be to Allah Who has rescued us from the people of the wrongdoers!” And say: “My Lord, land me in a blessed landing-place. You are the best Bringer to Land.” There are Signs in that. We are always putting people to the test.” (Surat al-Muminun, 28-30)

Could the blessed landing-place be a reference to Turkey, where Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will appear?

ADNAN OKTAR:He says “land me in a blessed landing-place...” doesn’t he?

OKTAR BABUNA:Yes.

ADNAN OKTAR:That means that Turkey is a blessed landing-place, of course. And it is highly significant. All the prophets have come to near where Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is. Isn’t that right? The prophet Abraham (pbuh), for instance, came to Harran, and the Prophet Noah (pbuh) came to Agri, all near to Turkey. All the Companions prayed for Istanbul to be taken, and the tombs of many of the Companions are here, as you know. Several Companions came to Istanbul, particularly Abu Ayyub al-Ansari. Anatolia, Turkey and Istanbul are therefore the center of the Islamic world. This is indicated in the Qur’an, and it is quite clear this is the Ark of Noah. It can be seen from this discovery. If there is no mistake, if the photographs are true, then it is clear, very clear. But let us also investigate it ourselves. Let us clarify it further. But it would be hard to make up such a comprehensive lie. Because a state official was there as the announcement was being made. A blatant lie like that would be very tricky. But let me do a bit of research into it. I will try to clarify it, insha’Allah. Yes, Oktar, were you going to ask something?

OKTAR BABUNA: Let me find the piece where the Ark is described. The person making the announcement, called Panda Lee, says; “There is a structure there one meter in width, a small door half a meter high. That door opened onto another section.” Then he said, “The researchers believe that a box-like section 2 meters wide, two meters long and two meters high was where the animals were placed, and they have found nails, rope and hooks there.” At the same time, according to the Torah, Noah’s Ark was made out of GOFER wood. The researchers, Yuen said the similarity between the two woods was being tested.

ADNAN OKTAR: Let me see again.

OKTAR BABUNA: It is made from a wood known as GOPHER.

ADNAN OKTAR: GOPHER?

OKTAR BABUNA: That is what the Torah says. They are testing the similarity between the twoo woods. The wood they discovered and GOPHER.

ADNAN OKTAR: That would be even more amazing if it were so...

Many other things will be discovered in the next 10 years. And again after that. But the Earth will move when the Ark of the Covenant is found, let me tell you that. The holy Ark of the Prophet Moses (pbuh), insha’Allah. “It contains the relics of the family of Imran,” they say, don’t they? Many sacred relics from the past will be unearthed, insha’Allah, belonging to the family of Moses and Aaron.  We will also find sacred relics inside and under the pyramids. The tombs of some of the prophets and their sacred relics are hidden under the pyramids. They will be found. There are sacred relics in the caves of Hatay and at the bottom of Lake Tiberias, and they will be found. Insha’Allah, you will see these things. But the finding of the Noah’s Ark is a most important matter. Because the whole of the press is following it up. If it were not serious, the press would not take such an interest. Some Muslim hodjas, Darwinist religious hodjas are really uneasy over it. One bone-headed, I say bone-headed because there is bone on his head, do not misunderstand Darwinist religious hodja says, “This is a myth.” He says that Noah’s Flood “is a symbolic description related to the Prophet Noah (pbuh).” He says, “there is no factual basis to it,” and yet people describe him as a religious scholar. He is a hodja the freemasons, atheist freemasons, are proud to present us. He says it is a symbolic account of the Prophet Noah (pbuh), that all the accounts in the Qur’an are symbolic. A typical bone-head. He can hardly walk and staggers about all over the place, and expects us to believe him. We are expected to act in the light of the words of such a dotard, someone like that who has lost his mind. We are expected to say, “yes this is symbolic.”  In that case, all the statements by the prophets are symbolic, too, in his eyes. All the verses about them are symbolic, too, then. So the whole Qur’an must be symbolic! So there is no religion at all. Such a bigot presumes to try and lead us, and we are expected to believe him! “Human beings developed through evolution,” he says. We are expected to believe the latest alleged Ergenekon organization is right. That is what they mean, in essence. But we will not fall for it. They are striving in vain. They can act in cells all they like and produce bone-headed bigots trained overseas to oppose us, but it will do them no good. They are striving in vain, so let them do all they want, insha’Allah.

Now, our brother Onur says; “Judi appears in the Qur’an, and Christians say it is Agri. If we agree on Agri, we accept  the Christians and Jews to be right.” Judi, as I have just said, is the name of a mountain chain. Mount Judi is the name given to the whole mountain chain including Mount Agri. It does not say it came to rest on Mount Judi. It says “it came to rest on Judi.” Anywhere in that region. It is therefore quite logical for the Ark to have come to rest on Mount  Agri. It may also have come to rest on the lower slopes of Mount Agri. The boat was probably carried up higher, in order to be well preserved. They covered it with earth. It would seem they brought special soil in. Because that soil is not from that region; it was covered with earth brought in specially. This is most important. The Qur’an contains the same pronuncements as the Torah and the Injil. The Injil, Torah and Qur’an resemble one another in many respects. They differ in some regards. There is nothing surprising in that.
