ADNAN OKTAR:There is need for such a basis, in order to increase our merit, to increase Allah's approval of us and for our strength as Muslims to make itself clear. Allah creates these in destiny and we strive against them on that basis. People thus see the abundance, beauty and wealth of Islam. In other words, Allah thus enriches the struggle. Now, Allah does not make us strive against an illusory entity. He makes us strive against events that take place in life. For example, articles related with evolution appear in Mr. Aydın's papers, and we respond; this for instance is a struggle, a justified struggle. Let us imagine that such a person writes such a book, and we respond to it, that gives rise to a liveliness. Otherwise, we would be striving against a vacuum, and that is not on. Allah does not let us strive against a vacuum. In other words, if there is the system of the Mahdi, then there must be behavior diametrically opposed to it, and the system of the Mahdi engages in an intellectual and rational struggle, based on good conscience, in order to correct or to prevent, or to eliminate such ideas. These are historical events. We are living in historical times, of course.

For example, say people attacking on our house, say people attempting to provoke incidents, people slandering us or people constituting a criminal organization and bearing false witnesses against us and thus working against us; we encounter unbelievable things. But all these things increase our enthusiasm and excitement. For instance, we visit their web sites and see unbelievable libels. If they were to praise me everywhere and say, "this is a very good and perfect person" and if everyone were to try and help me and support me, then what kind of struggle would that be, right? Then bring that person some tea or coffee and then leave him alone. And ask "what did you do?" You would say; "I am in the vanguard of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and strove to that end." But that will not be at all convincing or satisfactory. In order for it to be satisfying, the opposing acts, the counter movements should be really intense. The strength of the system of the Mahdi is proportionate to that of the opposing force. The more violent the opposing force is, the stronger would be the system of the Mahdi.The weaker the other side, the weaker would be the system of the Mahdi. You construct a building capable of withstanding an earthquake with magnitude 9. Some are capable of withstanding earthquakes of magnitude 7, right? And some never collapse no matter what happens. Right? They would only collapse on the Day of Judgment, insha'Allah. Muslims are like that, and will only give way on the Day of Judgment insha'Allah. That is how capable and how strong they are.

Therefore, since we are the vanguards of Hazrat Mahdi (as) the intensity of the events is quite inconceivable. For example, see that people who leave us should normally go about their own business, shouldn't they? They should go and start businesses, enjoy themselves and go to bars and clubs or wherever to have a good time in the light of their own beliefs. Or go to a disco, etc. That is what one would expect. But that's not what they do. They lock themselves away at home; they write things against Allah, the religion and spiritual matters, or that presume to mock, may Allah forbid, at least in their own eyes. They pay money and have their books printed. They devote their lives to that. This also is a miracle. Instead of enjoying themselves, for instance they struggle with us in the court corridors. It is very difficult. They instruct lawyers. They hand over millions of lira to instruct lawyers to make things difficult for us. Just to make things difficult. They imagine I will be distressed if they attack the religion, so they write books against religion. They write books in which they go against religion. Look, the person named Burak writes books using a language in which he attempts in his mind to make light of the religion. Consequently he imagines that will irritate me. I mean, I am in fact the target here. It is as if he is saying "I spent 15 years serving you, and see that I am now taking them back." But I never get angry. I am quite placid and affectionate. It is true that this increases my enthusiasm and fervor and appetite for the struggle, but I never get angry, insha'Allah.

There are thousands of works produced as a reaction, also in the Europe. In foreign magazines, for example. Their aim, in their own minds, is to anger me and make me uneasy and stressed, and they imagine that I will then overreact or may even imagine, more interestingly, that I will give up entirely. See here, my brother, I am an odd type in that respect, they totally have failed to understand me.

Do you know what all that means? They are just giving pure oxygen on open flames. In that event I can event melt metal or tear down mountains. I mean, we dare them, let them do whatever they can, insha'Allah. As we always say, let them come in groups of five or 50. By Allah's leave I will sort them all out, with knowledge, science, logic, culture, compassion and affection and love. I would never leave courtesy. But you see that there is a hand-to-hand struggle. This is not the only one, I mean it is not only the books of that friend of ours, there are also others. Sorry, that was a slip of the tongue, not a friend at all. Let us just say 'person.' That is because such a person is not someone that we could accept as a friend. But this one is only the known one, it is just that it is out in the open for now, there are many other such cases. There are many people emerge as a kind of reaction.

The fact that all these are proportionate to the strength of the system of the Mahdi, really excites me. The system of the Mahdi will encounter intense incidents that have never been seen in the world before. It will confront things that have never been seen in the history of the world. That is because, in the time of the prophets, they used to produce corruption in only one region, for instance in a city of perhaps 100,000 people, or 50,000 or in a population of 1 million; but now they produce corruption in a population of 7 billion. There are billions of deviant people against the system of the Mahdi. There is a very small group in society containing Muslims, Christians and Jews who support the system of the Mahdi. I mean, I consider all the Muslims, devout Christians and devout Jews free of this, but there is a great mass of people under the control of the system of the dajjal. The system of the dajjal is thus the biggest event in the history of the world. What does our Prophet (saas) say? "No prophet has failed to speak of the system of the dajjal. They have all spoken of it. It is the worst corruption there has ever been." The system of the dajjal is the worst corruption in the history of the world. The system of the Mahdi is now striving against that of the dajjal. We are, as their pioneer, humble students of them, as their attendants giving out a struggle in the background insha'Allah. We will discharge our responsibilities with all our might. Of course, the formation of a public opinion against us, this also has been carried out globally on a very wide scale. That is really a very esteemed thing though. There could have been only a very few people against us, just 10,000 perhaps, or 20,000. But we are facing millions of atheist, irreligious people, communists, fascists and atheistic masons; what a great blessing this is, Alhamdulillah. What a great blessing! I shall crush them all, one by one, I swear that in the name of Allah, insha'Allah. I shall not leave one behind, insha'Allah. I will not leave one foe unbeaten, may Allah grant me health and strength, during all my life. They may come in teams or in groups. I even invite them, and head straight toward some of them. But still things are not understood, are they?

OKTAR BABUNA:No, insha'Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR:I have been very excited again today. I come to life in the face of such attacks; that is a general characteristic of mine, insha'Allah. "How many people are ranged against you!" they say. If you only knew how acceptable that is and what a great honor it is, what a great honor it is. They will understand later. Some have understood partially may be, but there are those who have not, of course. They are amazed. "How can one person have so many ranged against him?" they say. I would be embarrassed if there were only a few of them. I really would be embarrassed. The more there are of them, and the stronger they are, the better, the more acceptable it is for us, insha'Allah. They need to pour down so you can make progress. One will be distressed if hostility comes from a friend, from someone one loves. Or else let it rain down. What does the poet say, "let the rain pour down like rocks." Let them pour down, he says. "A rose cast by a friend will cut me," he says. "Let rocks fall on my head like rain," he says. That is my logic, too. A rose cast by a friend will cut me, insha'Allah. But apart from that, there is no problem. What we mean by cutting is of course, we would become vigilant because of our affection and compassion towards that person of course, we would not want that person to be saddened, offended, or to be uneasy. We would want to win them over as quickly as possible. That is what makes us uneasy, or else we would not feel uneasy with such incidents.  We have 2 more minutes left.

OKTAR BABUNA:Your past life is the greatest proof of this.

ADNAN OKTAR:My brother, they do not know me. To put it more clearly, I am mad with love for Allah. So I can say they are up against someone that they can never overcome.

OKTAR BABUNA:Masha'Allah, Masha'Allah. May Allah be pleased, Alhamdulillah.

ADNAN OKTAR:Bismillah. Verse 135 of Surah Ta Ha says: "Say: 'Everyone is waiting expectantly so wait expectantly. You will soon know are the Companions of the Right Path and who is  guided'."

Its abjad value is 2023. Global dominion. Isn't that right? Let me read the verse again, I take refuge in Allah from the satan; "Say, 'Everyone is waiting expectantly," -meaning everyone in the world is watching, all the world, 7 billion people- "so wait expectantly" –the opposition, those who are striving against Muslims, the enemies of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the anti-Mahdi movement – "You will soon," –eventually, at the end of the struggle- "know who are the Companions of the Right Path" – they will eventually learn who upholds Islam, the Qur'an, the Lord of the Time, who the community of Hazrat Mahdi (as) is, who represents this community and who is on the right path, because they will accuse Muslims of not being on the right path, and they will eventually learn that the truth lies with Muslims, Allah gives a promise here; "you will soon know who are the Companions of the Right Path and who is  guided"- says Allah. See that Allah says it is not far off but soon – "you will soon know." We make the abjad calculation of this verse and see that it gives the date 2023.
