ALTUĞ BERKER:  I can show a newspaper article which demonstrates what would happen if the Turkish-Islamic Union would not be found urgently. 

ADNAN OKTAR: See for instance; "Kirghiz people are in conflict with Uzbeks." Both are Turkish. Now the formation of a Turkish Union is not enough either. See that brothers are turning against each other. This is because they do not have a leader, they do not have a spiritual leader. See here for instance; "Ethnic dispute in Kyrgyzstan: the number of the death people reached 36." This happened very recently. And see who they are calling for their rescue. They are calling Russia. See that "we have given you order to shoot," they say. "You can shoot any one who comes along", says the government. Of course, I mean they say "you can shoot anyone who has been involved with these incidents". See here "Ethnic Brutality in Kyrgyzstan". Kirghiz are Turks and Uzbeks are Turk. What's more they both are pure Turks. This means only forming a union is not enough either. Look, they say they are united, they see each other and they decimate each other. 

For instance we said let us unite and a foot ball team of a foreign nation lets say an Arabic nation comes along, they utter out inconceivable insults. Another one comes along, they break everything down.  It will always be like that without a spiritual leader. A spiritual leader will be instrumental in all souls attaining Allah's salvation. He will be instrumental in people attaining peace and tranquility. Everything will go well and all businesses will be fruitful, and a balance will emerge.

In other words, "the Islamic world is lifting the borders". Let them, let them lift them all. These people eat cakes and smoke their water pipes and amuse themselves and wander around. So long as their money lasts. If they have no money, some may turn to stealing, or robbery and other crimes, or smuggle drugs. I consider all good and virtuous people free of this. On top of all, his security will become a point to get involved with. The system of the Mahdi is clearly the only solution. There is nothing hard to understand about it. That is why Bediuzzaman discussed the matter so explicitly. That is why our Prophet (saas) also concentrated on the matter. And that is the reason for the coming of the Prophet Jesus(pbuh). People are dying and falling sick with no leader. They cannot live. Society falls into anarchy, it cannot go on. Look, Bediuzzaman says that the students of the Nur are the soil for Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the seeds of the system of the Mahdi. They will become the ready followers of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Look, the effect of the lack of a leader after the death of Bediüzzaman, has torn people apart and set them against one another. That opposition is the reason for that fragmentation. They are just about unable to look one another in the face. Would that be possible if Bediüzzaman were alive? No. So what is the problem? It is the lack of a leader, isn't it? That is what happens when there is no leader. When you say a leader, it is not someone appointed to be a leader, someone promoted to be a leader, that is no good either, as people will not listen to him. People want the leader of their hearts, they want the leader desired by Allah. It has to be the leader appointed by Allah. It has to be the leader revealed by our Prophet (saas) if our hearts and conscience are to be at ease. We cannot know and understand people. We cannot know their souls and natures, I mean. But our hearts and minds will be at peace and at ease with someone guaranteed by our Prophet (saas). In that case we have Allah's grace and protection. So everyone will heed that person. In other words, a great electricity and spirit will arise.

PRESENTER: We would warm up to that person wholeheartedly, right? Since that is what Allah wants.

ADNAN OKTAR: Of course Allah makes people love and opens their hearts. Allah induces a special love for that person. That is for instance also valid for the Prophet Moses(pbuh), Allah induces a special love for him. Our souls are kept open to obey him. For example, our hearts have no wish to spurn him. Society cannot spurn him, I mean society obeys him. Allah manifests Himself in him by His name Al-Hādi (The Guide, The Way). Allah gives him a special power, and makes him an instrument. That is to say, the society comes under the effect of a power it does not know, under a secret power. That power shows itself wherever he goes. That is why our Prophet (saas) says; "he will sit at home and rule from there."
