ADNAN OKTAR: The knowledge, the secret knowledge (ilm al-ladun) of the Mahdi stems from the fact that he is incredibly wise, rigorously intelligent. That is to say, the Mahdi(pbuh) is a person who is able to think many things all at once and one who is able to see many details. However outwardly, Mahdi will not be recognized, he will look like an ordinary human being. Our Prophet (saas) says; "He does not quite know Arabic" for the Mahdi(pbuh), there is a hadith. He cannot be recognized from the outside, "he sees people but people don't see him" he says. "He walks in bazaars" he says "people don't become aware of him" he says. "He is like Prophet Joseph(pbuh)" he says, right? He is imprisoned. "He is like Prophet Moses(pbuh)," he says. "He hides. He retains himself," he says. In the same way, there will be an aspect of him, in which he will be not recognized just like the Prophet Joseph(pbuh). For example, his brothers did not recognize Prophet Joseph(pbuh), but he recognizes them when he looks. But they can't understand him, they can't realize that he is who he actually is. The great aspect of the Mahdi is that even though he carries out his activities in front of the whole Muslim community and the whole world, with his small group of students, and even though his works will be seen by all, he will still not be recognized. I mean it is so very astonishing; Allah shows His Power here. For example, Allah says that they will not recognize him, and because they do not recognize him, they are 313 people. I mean, may be, people may suspect though, they can suspect a little.
