No matter how much attention may divert to other directions, we will always turn it towards the essential knowledge. As a matter of fact, while I’m talking about these subjects, our brothers, friends sometimes by pleading ignorance desire to get into some ancillary matters, some secondary subjects nevertheless. Asking things like; Are you against the Sunnah?”  Well, my brother -being against the Sunnah- I do know the Sunnah better than you do. There is no need for you to attempt to teach me the Sunnah, as I do have a superior knowledge on that. However, when there are religious obligations to perform, they have the priority and not the Sunnah. That is if our horary time only enough for the religious obligations, then we use it for the religious obligations, we can’t devote our time to the Sunnah. But the man says, “Let the religious obligations stand aside. I’ll not perform the religious obligation, I’ll perform the Sunnah.” The Prophet (saas) would not accept this, Allah would not accept this. This would be a devilish attitude.
