ADNAN OKTAR: He says, "Master", I'm summarizing as it's a long piece of writing. "You say that Hazrat Mahdi(pbuh) will act with ilm al-ladun(secret knowledge)" he says. "It's reasonable for Hazrat Khidr(pbuh) to use ilm al-ladun as he acts by divine inspiration" he says. "But since the Mahdi (pbuh) will not get divine inspiration, them how could he practice ilm al-ladun?" he asks. It's not compulsory to get divine inspiration in order to practice ilm al-ladun. That's how; for example ilm al-ladun was taught to the Prophet Moses(pbuh) by Hazrat Khıdr(pbuh). He understood the deepness in that and understood the wisdom. Otherwise, ilm al-ladun as understood and implemented by Hazrat Khıdr(pbuh) is different. Of course divine inspiration is required for that. It's a different subject and that person would have to be Hazrat Khidr(pbuh). He says "then", look he says: "Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) have to be right. He cannot do anything against the shariah (religious law)." He asks, "How is it going to be then?" Let me give an example; but of course this would be a closed example, I'll give an open one as well but I'll not say anything on top of this.
For example, I gave this example in the last days. The Prophet Abraham(pbuh) is a performer of ilm al-ladun, he performs it. First, he gazes at the sky and stars and says, "I'm ill." So he says that "I understood this from the stars, I'm ill." He is not ill; the men escape. It's forbidden by religion to lie, isn't it? It is forbidden. He is not ill; the men escape and leave him. Do we make something out of the stars? Is this in Islam? Not it's not. But he looks and he tells. Not because he believes, but he mocks them. He mocks them and as a result a ruling in the benefit of Islam occurs; that's one. The second; he crashed all the idols, except the big one and he hangs the axe around its neck with a rope. They ask, "Who broke this?" He answers, "The big idol did." Is this not like honoring an idol? It's forbidden by religion. You give individuality to the idol, giving it an attribute of being a deity. What does "broke" mean? You tell the men that "it has power." Is this not forbidden? But what is his goal there? It is to crush and insult that idol. He obtains his goal. This is ilm al-ladun. If our brother still say that he can't understand, then I can't say anything.
Let's say this; if there is anyone who doesn't understand this either, I'll give a very very simple example, I guess that they would understand this. Let's say someone came here and said , "I'm looking for this person, where is he?" We ask him, "What will you do?" and the man answers, "I'll take revenge" or "I'll do him harm." Is it forbidden to lie? It is, isn't it? If I say, with complete honesty, should I tell the man "that friend is here inside, come on in, take your gun and come inside"? For example, the man is armed and telling the other "here he is waiting inside for you" is called stupidity. That is not called a lie, it's called "the charge of affairs". The implementation of ilm al-ladun is called the charge of affairs. Only the people of foresight can understand what that means. Is that clear? I can say only this far. But if they still ask me for more, then our roads get separated. I mean there is nothing left to tell anymore.
