ADNAN OKTAR: Time is very valuable. We must use it in the best way possible. When time begins to be idled away, then time begins to deteriorate one's body. It hurts him. I mean time works against the person. For example, when an idle person says, "I'm bored", his flesh begins to melt him from the inside. His bones begin to melt from the inside out. Boredom means the body attacking itself. Why does he get bored? Because he is an idle man, he has no purpose and no aim. Then the body doesn't stay idle and attacks him. But if he is after good and productive work, then the body doesn't attack him. Then the body inclines towards that work and then it directs its energy and strength to there. Therefore, a beneficial and successful piece of work is achieved.
