ADNAN OKTAR: Now, for one thing, the Christians, evangelicals who espouse strictness and want bloodshed are not truly devout people who believe in Allah in the sense we understand. At root, they are atheists. They are Darwinists and materialists. For instance ask them, they will say that they are Darwinists, materialists. And when you talk to them for a bit, you will actually realize that they are not sincere believers. For example, when you ask them whether or not it is possible for the living things and the world to be created in just 6000 years, you will see that they do not believe it. Moreover, in the Gospel the Prophet Jesus wants them to prostrate themselves and other things as well, they wouldn't do those either.

Now, the reason for their choosing Christianity is that in Christianity, if you believe in the Prophet Jesus(pbuh) you are destined for Paradise anyway. There is no need for you to do anything. Even if one sins, one still goes to Paradise. Whatever one does, one goes to Paradise. That is such a religion that the whole issue is to refer to the Prophet Jesus(pbuh) –may Allah forbid. Allah is beyond that- as Allah. And that is all. Even if one commits adultery or oppresses people or whatever he does, one still goes to Paradise. The Prophet Jesus(pbuh) will save him anyway. Look at their sources; that is a known thing.  

So this is not like a religion. That is because normally the persecutor should get it's reward. And those who do good should get it's reward as well. Right? But there is no such thing. This is really vital. Let us deal with it as a separate issue. No such belief is acceptable. A person will persecute other people, do everything his whole life, and all he has to say, may Allah forbid, is that "the Prophet Jesus is –Allah is beyond that- Allah", and he will go to Paradise. And the other one will say "Allah is One" all his life, will display all kinds of good morality, will love all the prophets. Right? But in return for that he will go to Hell. Obviously there can be no such religion.

ADNAN OKTAR: Even a Marxist, atheist, that is to say everyone would get in under such a religion, such a religion as Christians talk about. There is no difficulty in that religion. There is nothing that would be hard on his lower self, nothing that he cannot do. Everything is permitted. Everything one can ever think of. Right? There is no need even to go to church. He can go occasionally and listen to the organ. Then sit for a bit. And it is okay even if he doesn't go at all. It is all okay, once he calls the Prophet Jesus(pbuh) – may Allah forbid, Allah is beyond that- Allah. For that reason one should not believe in the growth of religion in there. I mean it is not the growth of a real religion. For instance, they say that religious belief is on the rise in the Greek part of Cyprus. But those men have all the ways, everything that one can ever think of. But he occasionally goes to a church. He mentions the name of Prophet Jesus(pbuh) in every occasion. He sees him as –may Allah forbid, Allah is beyond that- Allah. That is it.

ADNAN OKTAR: I mean everything is permitted for such a man. He uses drugs and drinks alcohol and commit all kinds of vice. He does everything but when he says those words it's okay. And they call him a devout person. There can be no such devout person.
