Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview at Kocaeli TV on July 31st, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR: For example, let's assume some big scholar.. they say "we have raised him for years", right? They are in search of a tailor-made Mahdi. (Allah is beyond that.) For example, they save a man from some township at young age and they raise him to be Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Supposedly, they make him study, they educate him, inform him and they believe that he can thus be the Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). And then they stop and look and see that Allah either clogs his brain or breaks off a part of him or stops the working of an organ. Allah does not let him. So Allah does not let the false Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). He does not let a tailor-made Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). That is because the true Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will come for sure. Or else, they have already made preparations for a false Mahdi in Turkey. But their false Mahdi turned out to be a clown. It has been understood that their false Mahdi actually is a clown. And then they confessed it themselves anyway. Allah turned him from the claim of being Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) into being a clown. So he became people's clown, a jester, an entertaining jester, a clown. So that means, one cannot be a tailor-made Mahdi. That means even if you train him, work with him or do whatever to set the conditions and open the way, even if you open the way for him through illegitimate means when it is clogged; it doesn't happen. Only what Allah wills is going to happen. What does the man say? He says, "I did not see him my friend." Bediuzzaman already tells that you will not be able to see. He says that he will be seen through the light of faith. Bediuzzaman does not say that blind eyes will see him. He does not say that the ignorant and the unwary will see him. He does not say that those from whose heart Allah took away the light will see him. Who does he say will see him? He says that he will be seen through the light of faith. If you do not make haste, people will see him through the light of faith. Right?
