Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview at Kanal Avrupaon June 27th , 2010
ADNAN OKTAR: "My respected Master, I would like to get some information about the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) from you. Christians say [May Allah forbid] that the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) became a deviant in the last years of his life and he was letting pagans as he was sympathetic towards them personally. And he had 1000 wives." That is true; he had 1000 wives. Not 1000 wives; he had 300 wives and 700 concubines. Good for him! If I had a daughter I would also give her to him. Masha'Allah. 300 wives and 700 concubines.. He takes them as manifestations of Allah. People are surprised because their minds are fixed at only one thing. When I say people, I mean some certain people. He also had love for animals; he loved even ants, he was compassionate toward ants. He took special precautions not to smash them, not to smash ants. He looked at his wives as manifestations of Allah, with admiration, love and passion and his wives were all in love with him. 1000 of them were all in love with him. They married him for the good pleasure of Allah with love and no one forced them. They begged the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) to take them as his wife for the sake of Allah, and he took them for the sake of Allah as manifestations of Allah. He was in love with them and they were in love with him. He says "He had 1000 wives. Please could you acknowledge us about this my honorable Master?" He says, "It found it strange. They are under the protection of the Prophet so they would never go deviant I know." That is true. Why do you believe such meaningless people? Right? Be subject to the Qur'an and the hadiths insha'Allah. "May Allah bless you." Alaykum as-salam. Our brother, Michael. He wrote from France.
If you want to learn about the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) from the Torah, seeing that your mind gets all confused.. Right? Had you looked at the Qur'an, your mind would not get confused and you would love the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) very much and you would admire him. Learn the truth from the Qur'an. If you want to say that you got mixed up due to the Torah then some parts of the Torah are corrupted. But if you want to learn the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) from the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) himself then open the "Proverbs" and you would see how takwa, how decent, how fearful from Allah, how smart and how perfect he is with great admiration. But they have made small additions into it, so you will cleanse those with the Qur'an. You will look at the verses in the Qur'an and say that this is not compatible with the Qur'an; they have put it here; so you will take it out. Allah reveals us in the Qur'an that the Torah is corrupted. The Qur'an informs us about this by the leave of Allah. Therefore, as Almighty Allah revealed us in the Qur'an, our measure there will be the Qur'an. But when we look at the "Proverbs" we see a breath-taking intelligence, superiority, courtesy, fear of Allah and love of Allah. The Prophet Solomon (pbuh) clearly states that he fears Allah very much.
It is explained in detail how careful he is, how precise he is about Allah, about the Book, how enthusiastic he is about Allah's command and how strictly he lives Islam, in the "Proverbs" in the Torah. You cannot find even a single flaw about the morality and character of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh). If you say there are some, then those are additions made by some rabbis who drank some alcohol with a blurred mind. This also happens with priest, Christian priests. I beg your pardon but he drinks the wine and his head is completely gone; they give him the pencil and tell him to write and he writes whatever comes to his mind then. Prophets are free from making mistakes. They are perfect and pure people. There is nothing to get mixed up about. Therefore, you will learn the subject from the Qur'an and from places that the Qur'an cleans. Insha'Allah. What do you have to do for that? For example look, "Wisdom and Sound Advice from the Torah". For example, this book is the Torah. We removed the corrupted parts of the Torah and put the pure and appropriate commands of the Torah that are compliant with the Qur'an, inside this book. Open and read from here. Bismillah. I opened any page. Look. Masha'Allah. Masha'Allah. What does it say? 1 Kings: "For he [Solomon] ruled over all the kingdoms" Look, I opened a random page and that part came up. "and had peace on all sides." Peace. Do you see the Mahdi of that century, the Mahdi of that time? There is peace everywhere and no blood. "There is deceit in the hearts of those who plot evil, but joy for those who promote peace."
From the "Proverbs" look the Prophet Solomon (pbuh)'s own statement, and there are many different matters here. For example, the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) is never mentioned in this section. But we opened randomly and the section exactly about the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) came up. Right? The Prophet Solomon (pbuh) is answering him, see.. masha'Allah. Look: "There is deceit in the hearts of those who plot evil, but joy for those who promote peace." Then whose is the hearth of those who plot evil? The heart of the anti-Christ is deceitful; we just told that the anti-Christ is deceitful. Look he says that he is deceitful. And he says that the hearts of those who promote peace, of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), is joyful. He describes Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the system of the Mahdi. He is the Mahdi of his own time. "The LORD gave Solomon wisdom, just as He had promised him." Wisdom. Allah says he was wise. "There were peaceful relations between Hiram and Solomon". As far as I see, this Hiram is one of the students of Hazrat Khidr (pbuh) (Allah knows best). I mean, if we get in too much detail now then it will go into completely different aspects so let us end it here. "The two of them made a treaty." I think this is enough for our brother for now.
OKTAR BABUNA:This is truly a miracle Master that exactly that part came up. There is no other about the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) like this insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR:There are other parts but still it is surprising that it came up. There are many other parts.
ALTUĞ BERKER:You know better Master insha'Allah. The Prophet Solomon (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) are mentioned together in the same hadith by our Prophet (saas).
ADNAN OKTAR:Our Prophet (saas) says that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is like the Prophet Solomon (pbuh).
OKTAR BABUNA:In addition, you have a book about the Prophet Solomon (pbuh). They can also read that insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR:Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is very much praised in the Torah. Of course superiority is in the Sight of Allah but both the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) are very important people insha'Allah.
ALTUĞ BERKER:Allah praises him in the verse master. I seek refuge with Allah from the satan. He says for the Prophet Solomon (pbuh): "What an excellent servant! He truly turned to his Lord."
ADNAN OKTAR:For instance, see.. this is an answer to our brother. Say that again.
ALTUĞ BERKER: "What an excellent servant! He truly turned to his Lord."
ADNAN OKTAR:Now how could someone search for polytheism or sinfulness if Allah says "What an excellent servant!"? Right? He is turning to Allah always. His face is always turned to Allah. He surrendered to Allah completely. Since Allah praises him then those words are slanders. Have all the Prophets not been slandered? Is Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) not going to be slandered? Is the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) not going to be slandered? Has he not been? Then that means a word of slander has entered into some sources, or some slanders have entered. Believing in these does not become to Muslims. A Muslim is to say; "This is obviously a lie", So Almighty Allah asks why they did not say that, I seek refuge with Allah from the satan, in the Surat an-Nur. If one hears a slander about a Muslim what will he say? He will say, "My Lord protect me. Believing in such a thing would not be appropriate for us, would not be appropriate for me. I am looking at this point with good thinking, I see things through goodness. You have already given and explained Your ruling and I love the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) very much." Insha'Allah.
