ADNAN OKTAR: However, in order to establish Turkish-Islamic Union, there should be love and passion in people. I mean, there should be a love for humans, love of Allah; a love of art deriving from the love of Allah; I mean there should be a passion for everything to be beautiful. I mean to have the desire of making everything beautiful, having beautiful streets, a beautiful speech, beautiful dresses, beautiful food and drinks, a beautiful dinner table; there should be the spirit of desire to make everything beautiful.

Well, the real pillar stone that leads us is the religion, itself. We are happy because of religion; I mean by that our life finds meaning. Otherwise, life would have been meaningless, may Allah Forbid, it would have been completely void. Right?  I mean for a man, who does not know who he is, what happens if he lives or does not live? Nothing would have meaning. Life is beautiful because we love Allah. As to the models of religious people that are presented to us; sometimes they present us very spoiled, reckless people -yet of course there are many good men as well- or, sometimes they present us bulk headed, insensitive men who are loveless, strict and who speak in a weird manner. Therefore, we rarely find people that we can share the joy, happiness and the beauty of religion, that we can share the love of art, the tendency towards the beautiful, the comfort in our souls, that festive joy inside us.

Strange men models are presented. Why should being religious require these? Those are weird people like dwarfish. Let me say that they are like ibish (a Turkish puppet character known for its foxy and funny remarks). Those are very odd men, very weird people. They are like ice-cubes, like bones and stakes, with no expression on their faces. They remind me of members of politburo who used to get in a row in Russia once, at the time of Brejnev, people were thrilled to see them on the streets once they met their cold face. The expressions on their faces are as cold as ice, as hard as a bone, they minds are a mess and blurred. This too has to be removed. Religion is the other name of joy, festival, cheer, beauty, the best, the most qualified and the most perfect for men. It is the other name for knowing Allah and feeling passionate love for Allah. This is because, in order to make these happen, love of Allah is necessary. Therefore, our brothers shouldn't take this temporary insufficiency as a basis. A little while later, students of Mahdi (as) who live life fully, happily and cheerfully;  and who present the beauties of  life and beauties, pleasures of Heaven to the people in a reasonable way, will rule the world inshaAllah.   

Now, there are his pioneers who are beautiful and good people; but much more beautiful, and more perfect people will come inshaAllah and we will see them..
