PRESENTER: Master, according to the hadith, which informs that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be supported by Angels; are we going to be able to sense this support of Angels over Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), or is Almighty Allah going to make this support remain hidden? "Hazrat Gabriel (pbuh) and Hazrat Michael (pbuh) and forty six thousand angels will be among the helpers and companions of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)."(Biharul Envar vol. 19, page 284). Dilsu asked.

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah. Let's answer Ms. Dilsu. Michael, Raphael, Gabriel (pbuh) are always with Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) insha'Allah. And he will be helped by forty six thousand angels. But this appearance is an appearance available to see in the realm of the Angels. If it were openly visible to people, it would remove the free will of the mind. Such a thing never happens. We will see that in the Hereafter. How did the Angels help, where did they help? For instance, satans will also put a fight against Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). But they will be repulsed by the Angels. They will be neutralized. A lot of games will be played but the Angels will distrupt them. There will be assassinations and games against Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) but the Angels will disrupt them all. Allah will make them an instrument.

Everyone is to know that the whole power is Allah's. The Angels have no power. Angels act by the Will of Allah, insha'Allah.

However, sometimes Gabriel appears to people in the form of a human being. This is also revealed in the Qur'an. For instance he appeared to Hazrat Maryam in the form of a handsome person. He is thus seen very rarely. Allah knows when, where and how.

But it is understood that he comes in a way that he can be seen by one particular individual only and not by any other people.  For instance, he once came in the form of Hazrat Dihya (pbuh) to our Prophet (saas). He came as a beautiful human being. But they don't know in that instant. They don't know that he is an Angel. For instance, the Angel walks among people, walks on the street. But people do not realize. I mean he walks around in normal clothing like the ones we wear. He walks with normal clothing. People can't realize. Hazrat Khidr (pbuh) also walks around people like that. People again can't realize. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is so as well. They can't realize Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) either. He walks in public. Therefore, this is a specialty of the test. Allah does not create anything that could cause people to lose the free will of their minds when realized..
