ADNAN OKTAR: I am giving evidence regarding our Prophet's (saas) divorce; this is the Turkish version of the Qur'an by the [Turkish] Religious Affairs Administration. Surat al-Ahzab, verse 51. I suppose that our brothers trust in the interpretation of Religious Affairs Administration. I take refuge in Allah from satan. "You may refrain from any of them you will and keep close to you any of them you will. And if you desire any you have divorced, there is nothing wrong in that." That means that there are some women who our Prophet (saas) divorced. I do not say, that these have gone to Hell. But All-Mighty Allah criticises their attitude, makes their errors clear, and tells that there is sickness in their hearts, Insha'Allah.
For instance, the interpretation of Ali Bulac. We usually read the Ali Bulac version. He is a precious brother of ours. "You may refrain from any of them you will and keep close to you any of them you will. And if you desire any you have left alone, there is nothing wrong in that." Right?
The interpretation of Abdulwahid Metin. In fact the interpretations of the Religious Affairs and Ali Bulac are already sufficient but let me tell it again from this version. The 51.verse; "You may refrain from any of them you will and keep close to you any of them you will. And if you desire any you have divorced , there is nothing wrong in that."
