ADNAN OKTAR:Look; Allah says "I have rewarded them this Day for their patience and constancy". It is always based on patience. For instance; while people travel in their cars, and when a woman cannot maneuver the car, this one goes crazy and gets off the car. He shouts and yells. He goes to a grocery store and starts to argue with the store owner. Or perhaps, a person he loves does something he doesn't approve of, he cannot tolerate it, his face becomes purple, he gets furious, he starts throwing the plates away or so. You see and hear these disgraceful acts. Since they are not being patient, it becomes a very dangerous and stressful atmosphere. In fact, if one were to be with a patient people, nothing would ever come up. I mean, what harm could possibly come from a patient person? This is because he will respond back to you reasonably even if you speak harshly. Even if you do something wrong, because he fears Allah he would still use a respectful manner. He would try to be a problem solver, I mean he would try to turn things into goodness, into a good result. I mean of course, there is goodness in everything. But this person would always be in search of goodness. But otherwise an impatient man would be very dangerous. He can't be patient in love, in friendship or companionship. For instance you tell a secret of yours, satan tempts him and he definitely goes and tells it someone else. However, keeping a secret can only be possible by being patient. The person who is supposed to keep it has to be a strong-willed person so that he can keep it. For instance, speaking pleasantly;  a man can speak pleasantly on and on, he gets angry but still speaks pleasantly, then suddenly he bursts, starts snapping and yelling, shouting and slapping. He makes a scene as he cannot be patient. However, he should keep his patience without interruptions. That is why Allah reveals in the verses that only those who are patient will be rewarded by Heaven. Patience is such an essential subject.

PRESENTER : This is the reason why we are being tested, isn't it?

ADNAN OKTAR:Of course. This is how we are being tested. We are being tested with our patience. One of the fundamental subjects in our test is patience.
