ADNAN OKTAR: Look Almighty Allah reveals in Surat al-Ahzab; I seek refuge with Allah from the satan: "O Prophet, tell your wives: 'If you desire the life of the earth and its finery, come and I will give you all you need and release you with kindness." Look, this is a disaster; there is no hypocrisy here, but there is a sickness. There is a sickness in their hearts. Such a verse is not revealed for no reason. Look,"O Prophet, tell your wives:" and it is not just one of them, there is a sickness in many of his wives; I mean there is a sickness in their hearts. "'If you desire the life of the earth and its finery," See here; "If you desire the life of the earth and its finery, come and I will give you all you need.." so if you want possessions, money and whatever you want, I shall give it to you."..and release you with kindness." That is without any fights whatsoever.  Look, Almighty Allah shows in the Qur'an how should divorce be. Giving lots of money, providing means and releasing with kindness, not causing a scandal, not slandering and not being offensive.. However, it is a huge incident that his wives make the Prophet (saas) say this. To that light of Allah, to that beautiful person, right? Of course, they made him say this, say this verse, insha'Allah. This is Allah's Will of course. "But if you desire Allah and His Messenger and the abode of the Hereafter," Allah explains the purpose of marriage here.

The Qur'an explains here very clearly why a person gets married; there is no other explanation. "But if you desire Allah" What does a person who will get married look for? One : "Allah and His Messenger and the abode of the Hereafter." For the Hereafter, for the approval of Allah.. So she will look for pure taqwa (fear of and obedience to Allah). In whom she sees the approval of Allah the most, in terms of morality, character, attitude, his mercy, compassion, cleanliness, sincerity, deepness, passion, love; I can count till morning. Whoever possesses these the most, it means that Allah manifests in that person the most. He would be the greatest blessing for her; he would become the greatest blessing as a human being. She will turn to him and try to marry him somehow.

For instance, what did ladies do in the time of our Prophet (saas)? Well done to my mothers, well done to my dear mothers. They looked into the Prophet (saas) with his black eyes, long hair, which he braided to both sides. Then, he was wearing aByzantine-style frock and was broad-shouldered. He would blush when you look at his face; our Prophet (saas) is that polite, respectful and pudent natured. He was white-skinned; our Prophet (saas)'s skin was white-pink, his skin was like a child's skin. It was so during his death as well; he only had 5-10 whites in his hair near his death. He died at the age of 63; his hair was all black Masha'Allah, Alhamdulillah (thanks to Allah). He was a person of might Masha'Allah. May Allah increase his might many times more in the Heaven  Masha'Allah. They were falling in loverightfully, were they not? Our mother, Zaynab too, she fell in love like that, insha'Allah. She said "I am in love by heart" and she wanted him. She divorced her husband and married our Prophet (saas) insha'Allah. Allah says to our Prophet (saas), "You also wanted her but you hid it from people" as he cannot tell because he is shy.

He also abstains from hypocrites. Actually had there been a very sincere environment, our Prophet (saas) would tell. Look, what a great trouble this is, what a great pain this is; right? Look, my dear Prophet should have been provided with a very sincere environment. Why would the Prophet (saas) be shy about it, right? Why would he abstain? What a beautiful thing; well done to my mother! She did very well of course, as it was how it should be. What is there to be shy about? They will be together forever, right? Look, the Prophet (saas) could not tell this because he abstained from hypocrites. Allah reveals in the verse openly "You want her but you hide this from people." Right? And Allah said "I gave her to you" insha'Allah
