ADNAN OKTAR: There is this doctor Mehmet Oz. Now, yes, he is there. He
was telling people "Eat lettuce. Eat chestnut. You would not get cancer" by
having people make weird sounds. I do not know if you have seen him on
television, he was making weird sounds, like roaring or something, I have seen
him on television recently. He was saying "Nothing will happen if you do this."
He says "Eat lots of licorice, spinach seeds" and so forth. He was telling a lot.
PRESENTER: They have been telling people to eat whatever is not sold much;
that is the same in every year.
ADNAN OKTAR: It has nothing to do with plants, lettuce or parsley. It is
Allah's judgment that happens. It is not certain what will happen to whom and
when. There are people who die without a cause. The man's heart just stops and
he dies. You ask "Did he have a heart problem?" No, but the man dies.
PRESENTER 2: Allah wills so.
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes
OKTAR BABUNA: He said: "I was shocked. I did everything right. I do not
understand. I am questioning it." I mean he said "Why me?" Master
ADNAN OKTAR: Look now, this is very strange.
OKTAR BABUNA: He says "It is not in the family."
ADNAN OKTAR: This is also very strange; how much he is obsessed with
reasons. If he knew that Allah creates everything he would also know that this is
illogical. Cancer, diseases, death have nothing to do with parsley or turnip. It has
everything to do with Allah's judgment and destiny insha'Allah. His father is
religious as far as I know, but he knows medicine well but he lacks knowledge
about religion. He needs to be taught a little. Look, you are a doctor as well. He
is your colleague. Go and talk to him.
OKTAR BABUNA: Insha'Allah I have once talked to him on the phone. He
said "I am always hearing about you and finally got the opportunity of meeting
you." But he wrote a book in which he tells the signs leading to faith such as the
functioning of the stomach and other organs but in the end, he placed a
statement like "this evolved like this."
ADNAN OKTAR: Look, see here now. This is not right Mr. Mehmet. Let's
send him the Atlas of Creation so that he can read. They have led him to wrong
directions in America. Did he study in America?
OKTAR BABUNA: In America, yes.
ADNAN OKTAR: His accent is completely American. He is talking like them.
Anyhow send him the book. So that he knows everything is from Allah. Cancer
does not form through evolution; Allah creates it. Heart disease does not form
through evolution either; Allah creates it.
OKTAR BABUNA: Insha'Allah. In me, it began on the day that I felt the most
healthy, Master. It began over one night and the treatment of my cancer has
lasted for seven years. Alhamdulillah (Thanks be to Allah).
ADNAN OKTAR: There are people, for instance 40 years old or 50 years old;
most of them die; young and all. I see most of them; their hearts stop working
and they die. And there are people who live till over 100 years old. The whole
family dies of cancer but nothing happens to the man. The whole family has
heart disease but nothing happens to him. There is no such rule to state that this
will happen exactly like this, insha'Allah
