OKTAR BABUNA:Astagrifullah Master. There are the portents of the End Times. Shall we explain them?

OKTAR BABUNA:Insha'Allah Master. The portents before the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh): Our Prophet (saas) mentions the increase of corruption.

"Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will come at a time when corruption appears." This is from the Letters of Imam Rabbani.

"Disorder, strife, and fear will emerge in the Magrib (west).. Strife will proliferate." (Ash-Sharani, Mukhtasar Tazkirah al-Qurtubi, p. 440)

"A kind of corruption will surface from which no party will be able to protect itself, and spread immediately in every direction. This situation will persist until one (munadi) comes and says from the sky: 'O people, from now on your leader is Hazrat Mahdi (as)'." Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar

ADNAN OKTAR:Munadi, is not an Angel calling out from the sky. This has never happened at any time, in any Prophet's period. There is a sign here to radio and television. An Angel from the sky of course calls out in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), and tells and points Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). That is a separate thing. But Angels see that. This is a statement with respect to Angels in the world of Angels. Understood? Therefore, people cannot see them. Yes.

OKTAR BABUNA:Insha'Allah Master. You would know better insha'Allah. We live in the period exactly defined by our Prophet (saas). The news items here indicate that there is a period of such corruption and disorder. This is an important evidence that it is the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)'s coming insha'Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR:What is there for example?

OKTAR BABUNA:It says prostitution, interest, raid, increase in robbery. Killing one's child, one's daughter;  This one says "The society has gone mad" "The age of using drugs decreased to 9," "Solution to crime explosion is looked for," "Children begin to use alcohol at the age of 13 in Holland," "Bribery increased, Adultery has increased", "We have given ourselves to drinking," "The speed of development through prostitution is 400 percent." Many news items like these indicate that fact Master.

ADNAN OKTAR:Alright, what else is there?

ADNAN OKTAR:"Everyone bowing (ruqu') and prostrating (sajda) themselves in prayer will be punished. Cruelty, malice, and vice will be produced" We see this in the structure of the alleged Ergenekon organization.  "scholars and ascetics murdered" Non-stop murder is their method. They constantly martyr our valuable brothers. "and many cities conquered." This is a secret conquer. "There will be hostility to the Prophet Mohammed (saas), bloodshed and destruction will be legitimate." Lenin already made bloodshed, terror and anarchy the condition of Leninism. He tells this openly. Where is this mentioned? Ali ibn Husamaddin al-Muttaki, Hadiths from Jalaluddin al-Suyuti's Classification. A very renown source. "There will be caliphs after me, amirs after the caliphs" The caliphate is abolished. Our Prophet (saas) says that the caliphate will be abolished. "and cruel tyrants after the amirs."Meaning despotic regimes. For instance like Hafiz Esad and like Saddam. Right? There will be cruel tyrants who will devastate Muslim and make them suffer. "Finally, one from Ahl al-Bayt will appear." Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Yes. "Every one out of three Muslim will be killed." What is meant here is that very many Muslims are killed. They are martyred. The hadith points that in the End Times murders towards Muslims will increase greatly. Otherwise, 'one third' does not mean a mathematical certainty. There a massacre is meant. Let us continue.

OKTAR BABUNA:Just as the news items are: "Enmity towards Islam on the rise," "No permission to azan in Switzerland," "Emnity towards Islam is exorbitant in Holland. Racist attacks towards Muslims via internet have increased." Indeed, we do see that this period is lived. Our Prophet (saas) mentions "open denial of Allah" as a portent of the coming of Hazrat Mahdi. "Hazrat Mahdi (as) will not come until Allah is openly and flagrantly denied."(Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir az-Zaman, p. 27)

ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, here what we understand is this: Darwinist, materialist people will progress and deny the Existence of Allah. They will say that the creation of the universe was a result of coincidences happening in the mud all by themselves and not through the Creation of Allah. Therefore, they will deny Allah. Some of them will deny Allah openly and flagrantly by launching web sites and making publications. Is this happening in our time throughout the world?

OKTAR BABUNA:Yes Master. The news items clearly confirm this. It says "Atheist bus in London." They have written "There is no God" on buses. (Allah is beyond their claims.) "Europe forgot the way to church." "Atheist slogans will travel by bus." These are the news of our time.

ADNAN OKTAR:But now, this of course is the narrow part of it. What is meant here in the hadith is the extent of it throughout the world. The Darwinist, materialist philosophy is pointed at. 95 percent of the world is under the influence of the Darwinist, materialist philosophy. Otherwise, this writing on the buses is not the one meant in the hadith. Not on such narrow scale. Denial of Allah and irreligiousness will be taught in schools as a subject matter throughout the world. An atheistic, Darwinist, materialist system will develop in the world. It points out to that. Yes. 

OKTAR BABUNA:Again as another portent insha'Allah, our Prophet (saas) mentions religious prohibitions (Haram) gaining Acceptance. "Hazrat Mahdi (as) will emerge after the appearance of such vile corruption, whereby all prohibitions are regarded as lawful."  (Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar)

"O Hudhayfa! On that day (when Hazrat Mahdi (as) appears), they will have departed the faith. They will think that wine is lawful and will not perform the prayer (salat)." Al-Uqayli "An-Najm al-saqib fi Bayan Anna al-Mahdi

"Regarding religiously prohibited as lawful is a sign of the Day of Judgment." Our Prophet (saas) states that there will be a period when religious prohibitions would be regarded as lawful. We see that this is truly so when we consider the present insha'Allah. The acts Allah deemed unlawful are- 

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, take that hadith back, take it back. Yes, look, "Hazrat Mahdi (as) will emerge after the appearance of such vile corruption, whereby all prohibitions are regarded as lawful." I mean, here a much wider extent is mentioned. Look, "Hazrat Mahdi (as) will emerge after the appearance of such vile corruption, whereby all prohibitions are regarded as lawful." Drugs are lawful in Europe, prostitution is lawful, right? Pork is lawful, wine is lawful, adultery is lawful and interest are lawful, all of it. "vile corruption, whereby all prohibitions are regarded as lawful"Look, "all" and "vile" . There are two important words. "vile corruption, whereby all prohibitions are regarded as lawful" So that means the extent of the considering prohibitions as lawful will be quite large but look it says; "willemerge after the appearance of such vile corruption." That means it will happen throughout the world. This is happening throughout the world at the moment.  This is so in the Islamic countries as well. Go to Egypt and this is so; go to Jordan and this is so; go to Iraq and this is so. Yet there are good Muslims there but there is also such a situation."O Hudhayfa! On that day (when Hazrat Mahdi (as) appears), they will have departed the faith."Look they did not revert from the religion but are on the verge of it. Bediuzzaman also says this. So preserving the faith of the people of faith is Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)'s responsibility. So when a big portion of the people of faith were about to revert from the religion and enter into the Darwinist system, or have already entered into it but about to go deeper, Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) comes to the scene and refutes Darwinism and materialism. "they will think that wine is lawful."what would the men say? "Wine is good for your heart," they say. How is it for the brain? "It is harmful for the brain," they admit. What about your liver? "It is very harmful for that as well," they say. What about body cells? "It does damage to those as well," they admit. "Why is it," we say, " useful for the heart?" This one says; "It has antioxidants in it; that's why." Alright, it has antioxidants, true. Is there antioxidant in grape juice? He says "It has even better." Then why should one drink wine? He would drink grape juice, right?

Look; it says "they will not perform the prayer (salat)." This is the, throughout the whole world. For instance, there are young Muslim girls. The lady says "I wear turban. I am religious" and she is covered till her toes. "Do you perform salat (prayer)?" We ask. She says "No I do not" right? She says "But I am very determined about the turban." Prayer? She says "Prayer is not important." That is not acceptable. Of course this is only true for some of them. I consider the others free of this. In addition, in the Islamic countries the rate of people not performing prayers is the highest throughout the history of Islam. For example, in Egypt, Jordan or Iraq very few people perform their prayers. This is not like what is assumed. The rate is very high in Turkey insha'Allah.

"Regarding religiously prohibited as lawful" this is the rest of the same hadith. This is an explanation that confirms this. This is on a large scale in the End times; prohibitions being regarded as lawful. For example, the man goes to the store and he does not even know, but there are sausages made of pork and all sorts of things. He regards it, as if it is no problem. Actually, it is religiously forbidden. And this is also valid throughout the world. That is very important. This is on a global scale and very widespread. The hadith is not talking about something small and on a regional scale. It mentions something on a large scale and widespread all over the world.
