Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar' s live Interview on Samsun Aks TV and Kayseri TV dated October 3rd, 2010
OKTAR BABUNA:"Do you not see those who were forbidden to confer together secretly, returning to the very thing they were forbidden to do, and conferring together secretly in wrongdoing and enmity and disobedience to the Messenger? And when they come to you they greet you with words Allah has never used in greeting you, and say to themselves 'Why does Allah not punish us for what we say?' Hell will be enough for them! They will roast in it. What an evil destination!" (Surat al-Mujadala, 8) Insha'Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR:The hypocrite has a sneaking and secret world and he does not engage in any explicit activities. He needs to hide himself first. The thing he needs the most is to hide himself. It is also very important that his act is not realized while he is doing it. For that reason he needs to whisper; what is high voice? It means that it will be heard. Or what does talking explicitly mean? It means that it will be heard. The hypocrite needs subterfuge meeting and secret whispers. For instance, he leaves Muslims and comes in contact with the unbelievers or other hypocrites. How does he make the contact? For instance, he goes out and you say "Where are you going?" He says "I am going out to get some air" or "I will buy something from the market and come back." But his real purpose is to meet with the hypocrites. For example, let us assume that he is talking on the phone and you will hear from the other room. What does he do? He talks in a whisper as he needs not to make anyone feel. What does whispering mean? Whispering is a word used to define any precaution taken to prevent the other person being acknowledged. That is to stop the information flow for the other person. He does this secretly over the internet, over the phone and he does his talking secret. This is a verse, which points to all kinds of secret connection. I mean it is an attitude that one would not get wind of.
The hypocrite has such an incubation period before he goes completely mad and there is secrecy in that. Then the hypocrite begins to do it openly; after some time, he begins to be impertinent. After he departs, he begins to get aggressive. Then he goes and becomes a delator, attempts to denounce Muslims. For example, they give the secrets of our Prophet (saas) to the polytheists of Mecca; the secrets of Muslims; or he tells to the other groups that want to harm Muslims about what kind of strategy Muslims use, what kind of defense system they established. Then, the hypocrite watches the battle between the two sides from distance, among the Bedouins with excitement. As if to say "let us see what is to happen". Of course, he wants Muslims to be defeated. And when Muslims are not defeated, he blames his own incapability. He says "I could not handle it." However, this is not in destiny. Because he is a fool, he thinks that this happened because he could not pull a good operation through. He tries again and cannot do it. He tries again and it does not work. Allah says "their stubbornness and determination will continue to destroy their hearts."
Ten years pass by but the hypocrite does not give up; twenty years pass by but he still does not give up; he does not give up even in thirty years. Allah says "They will only give up when their hearts are destroyed in the grave." Bacteria destroy his heart in the grave and "only then" Allah says "he will give up, only then." Allah says "He does not give up before death" in the verse. The hypocrite has a very stubborn and raving determination and he pays maximum attention to secrecy. So therefore, you cannot understand in the first phase. This is why the hypocrite cannot be recognized. He looks like a sincere, honest and god-fearing person among Muslims. For instance, when he goes out, he tells that he is going out for a stroll or to meet his friends or for some other innocent purposes. However, he goes only to share information about Muslims and to design the plan to harm Muslims and to develop the plan about that. But if he does not find a place to take shelter, he does not leave Muslims. This is revealed in the verse; a shelter "even a cave," a place that animals sleep. Allah says "he takes shelter there."
It could also be an isolated house or an isolated place but as long as it is somewhere to get away from Muslims and he also needs a place to fight Muslims. He sets up a station against Muslims. This could be a house or a cave, or a ramshackle building, the basement of a house, anywhere. As long as it is some place from where he can strive against Muslims. He collects information there and he connects the information he has with the information the unbelievers need. He gives the information he gathers to the unbelievers. For example, he says "You attack from here and if you do this, you can get results." Or the hypocrite says "But if you attack like this, look they can take precautions from here and you need to be careful about this." Understood? For example, he says "their weak points are these." He says "These people are more inclined towards hypocrisy if you come on to them." Of course he does not say "hypocrite" but he says "These people could do. If you follow those on, you can draw them to our side." Almighty Allah says "Allah knows the obstructers among you and those who say to their brothers, 'Come to us'," so the hypocrite determines them from a distance and sends them a message one by one and says "Come to us."
