Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on Guneydogu Olay TV and Cay TV dated August 24th, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR: For that reason, these people do not accept the concept of dajjal (anti-messiah) either, they claim that dajjal does not exist. Since they do not accept the existence of the dajjal they say that Mahdi (a.s.) does not exist and thus they would be leaving the struggle. That is because if they accept the existence of the dajjal, they have to get in the system of the Mahdi. Either he is to become someone like Mahdi (a.s.) or will find the Mahdi and struggle alongside him. Since it does not suit their purpose, they do not accept the dajjal and the Mahdi (a.s). However there is dajjal and Mahdi (a.s) in every period. First of all satan itself is a dajjal anyway. Whomever it haunts, it turns him into a dajjal. That is in every period satan makes the person in whom it sees the biggest potential, the leader. But all of those have a leader, the one satan originally aims, the satan deems the one it regards to have the biggest potential their leader, it makes him lead. Also in this period satan made the person in whom it sees most potential the leader. This is who we call the dajjal. Allah deems the person with the highest potential the Mahdi (a.s.) and makes him take the lead. But niether of them would be noticed, people would not be aware of them. That is because if the dajjal is noticed, if he is identified, everyone would assume a manner against him anyway, I mean not being noticed is a feature of his. Mahdi (a.s) would not be recognized either because then the supporters of satan would advance on Mahdi (a.s). Both would be hidden, until the last moment both of them would be hidden from the eyes. Towards the last moments, they become clear, both of them would become apparent. That is because the dajjal, the defeat of dajjal will be understood with Mahdi (a.s) defeating him. For that reason if you notice you would see that the anti-Mahdi's are the ones who do not accept dajjal. Moreover they say "It is not mentioned in the hadith" just to get rid of that, they say "he is not mentioned at all". How so? Doesn't the Qur'an explain the struggle of the dajjals with the Mahdis, from the beginning till the end? Majority of the Qur'an is like that. Consequently by the leave of Allah, Mahdis have both the attribute of struggling and of guiding to faith. Mahdi has two important attributes. These attributes will be very intense and strong in the Mahdi of the End Times.
