ADNAN OKTAR: I would not let anyone harm a single strand of hair of the Alawites and Bektashis. Not even a single strand of hair. I would not let anyone say a single word against them either. They are the very good people. I have had such relatives. Husbands of both my aunts' were Alawites. They were very nice people, very decent, kind and pious, they were people fearing Allah..

ADNAN OKTAR: Merciful, ardent, people who know how to make obeisance; they were very decent men, they all are. I have stayed in Haji Bektash for sometime; I have been to Haji Bektash. I've got acquainted with the people there; they are all very nice people, immaculate, hospitable, very mature, they are full of love towards animals, towards plants.. That is the characteristic of Haji Bektash, as you would know. That is also in his pictures;  there are pictures of him with a lion or a deer in his arms.

Consequently, Shias, Alawites, Wahabis, Sunnis; they –those who say "la Ilahe Illa Allah"- all are Muslims bewaring of unlawful acts and sins. They are all immaculate. All those who use headscarves and those who do not ..

Today, there are people around who call the people without turbans "deviators" and they even call them the "fuel of the Hell". Look even though they wear turbans.. We ask; "what should they be wearing then?" They say "it should be chadors".. what if they use chadors, is it enough?  It wouldn't do anyway, they will still be the fuel of the Hell because they claim that they radiate sins through their eyes. They do so with their eyes so they need to cover up their eyes too. The woman covers her one eye; it wouldn't do either and they claim that she should cover up the other one as well.     By criticizing and accusing each other being a deviator and pervert they created an incredible hatred

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, that is the actual perversion.  That is the actual sin and that is also dissension. They also wanted to instigate such a dissension (fitna) at the time of our Prophet (saas); Almighty Allah reveals in the verse that : "dissension (fitna) is worse than killing."  I seek refuge in Allah from the satan. So Allah says that it is worse than killing a man. "Worse than killing" and as a crime the punishment for that is very heavy in Islam.
