ADNAN OKTAR: When the magicians came, they said to Pharaoh, ‘Will we be rewarded if we are the winners?’ At the moment, a lot of Muslims do serve Islam against payment as well. The other side, that is the followers of the system of the dajjal (anti-messiah) act against payment too. So the Qur'an draws attention to importance of serving solely for the Approval of Allah. He said, ‘Yes, and in that case you will be among those brought near.’ In our days there are two matters that people pay much attention to; one is money and the other is to make a circle of friends. That is because once they make a circle of friends they can win a tender through them, they can win other things and gain profit from them, make trade with them. For instance when we talk to some Muslims they say; "why do you want to get in contact with us?" For instance we say; "let us get together and have a conversation" and they say "Is there anything in it for us? Why are we to get together?" We say; "We will get together for the approval of Allah; and because we are brothers and we do love each other -it is the sunnah of our Prophet (saas) and the command of Allah; Muslims do love each other. It will be a conversation amongst friends." They say: "that wouldn't do, we won't meet you for that. " I mean they say; "if there will be something in it for us, if it would be a commercial contact, for instance if you are going to give some money to our TV channel, if you will invest in our company or if you would provide an interest for us or if we were to be partners in a tender or something; then we can meet, or else why would we meet anyway?" Right ? The Qur'an draws attention to this, to this mentality. This is how the mind of Pharaoh works.

How dreadful it is the world of those people without love. May Allah forbid, how dreadful is bigotry. What an atrocious world it is. It is like living a dog's life on earth. It is very horrible. I mean for a man to put himself in such a horrible state with his own hands.. On top of that they have established a separate religion on their own; it neither resembles the religion in the time of companions, nor the time of the prophet Moses (a.s.), nor the time of the Ottomans, it doesn't resemble to anything. A handful of weak-mindedhad stood up and brought forward a sinister understanding of religion; I mean they clearly do not have any love among each other, they do not have any love whatsoever. I mean go and look for yourselves, visit their websites and look; show me any part that has any term of affection if there exists any and let me see. Underline those parts. There are none. They do not love each other. When there is an interest for them they treat each other very well; when there is a commercial interest for them they behave very courteously. If they do not have any commercial interest from each other they do not have any love or affection.
