ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, what does he say?

ALTUG BERKER: He has written an article criticizing our Prime Minister's speech, in which he addressed the public in Lebanon with messages of brotherhood and unity, and condemned Israel's violent line of conduct. He has asked why the Prime Minister criticized Israel but not Syria and by saying that this speech was a hollow speech, he had stated that Turkey does  not have the power to stand up to Israel.

ADNAN OKTAR:"Does not have the power to stand up against"; is that in terms of military armament?

ALTUG BERKER: Yes, Allah knows the truth Master.

ADNAN OKTAR: We consider Israel as a friendly country anyway. I mean we consider them to be entrusted to our trustworthy hands. We have immaculate Muslim brothers there; an important portion of Israel is Muslim. And all the holy locations are in Israel, I mean many of them are.. Furthermore there are pious Jews and pious Christians there; there are Christians and Jews who say "La Ilahe Illa Allah". Why would we even consider to use military armaments against them? We are only after protecting them through our military armaments; we are only after preventing any harm coming to them. We would neither let any harm come on Palestine, nor on Israel. Consequently such words are very unnecessary and very meaningless. In the Ottoman times we have taken our Jewish brothers from Spain and brought them. We have brought them to Istanbul and have them settle there. We have always been protective and compassionate.  Using such wordings is very wrong. There is actually a tension in between Turkey and Israel that is correct but that is a temporary thing. I mean in that incident Israel has been mistaken, has made a mistake. We are expecting them to make up for it. I mean they will just make an apology and the matter will be put to rest.  It is not right for them to turn this issue into such a matter of pride and prolong the issue. Commissions from both parties should visit each other and the matter should be solved in the background. By getting in contact with the religious section there and establishing contacts not with the higher levels of the government there but with the middle level management and by preparing a base, this matter should be solved. Otherwise we do not have such a tension and such a fight with Israel, Insha'Allah. I mean we are the power that will save both Israel and Palestine; that is the specialty of Turkey. Turkey exists not to attack but to protect. Insha'Allah.
