Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on Gaziantep Olay TV dated October 19th, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR:Look Almighty Allah says, in the same page, Surat al-Jathiyya, 6: "Those are Allah's Signs." I seek refuge with Allah from the satan. These are Allah's verses, not superstitions, they are Allah's verses. "We recite to you with truth." We are reading to you with truth. "In what discourse, then, after Allah and His Signs, will they have faith?" Allah says; There is nothing except for verses. "In what discourse, then, after Allah and His Signs, will they have faith?" The man says 'What are you going to believe in? I am receiving revelations, I do believe in that.' What else? 'There are superstitions of bigots and I do believe in those as well.' What else? He says 'There are superstitions inherited from my ancestors. I also believe in those.' Allah does not accept that. He is saying that very clearly. Look; "who hears the Signs of Allah recited to him and then persists in his arrogance just as if he had never heard them. Give him the news of a painful punishment." You say 'Allah's Quran is enough.' He acts all arrogant and makes it a matter of pride. He says 'How can this be?' He asks; 'What about the superstitions from inherited from my ancestors?' "What if their fathers did not understand anything" Almighty Allah says. Allah says 'what if their fathers were ignorant, are they still going to follow them?' Look Allah says in the verse; "Because your tongues got used to lying, do not say halal (lawful) or haram (unlawful) to this." Allah says 'Allah is explaining you the harams (unlawful things).' He says such and such are haram. But look "because your tongue got used to lying." Because what is the main characteristic of the hypocrite? This is lying, he lies all the time. Look what Allah says: "Do not say halal (lawful) or haram (unlawful) to this because your tongues got used to lying." For example this one says 'This is haram (unlawful).' You say 'It is haram (unlawful) according to what? According to the Quran?' No. 'According to the Sunna?' No. 'According to what?' According to superstition. Well, then you can take that superstitions and "swallow" them all.
Yes.. Look, again in Surat al-Jathiyya, verse 20, the same page: "This [the Qur'an] is clear insight for mankind"Look Allah says that this Qur'an".. is clear insight for mankind and guidance and mercy for people with certainty."The man is looking for guidance in other places. Allah says 'Guidance is the Quran.' Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) also becomes a means for guidance by inviting to the Qur'an. There is no other guidance. Look, "for people with certainty." There is the knowledge of superstition and there is certainty. What does Allah want from us? He wants certainty. What is certainty? It is the Qur'an. If you go out of certainty, where do you end up? You end up with superstition. "This [the Qur'an] is.. guidance and mercy for people with certainty."Where will one who looks for guidance look for it? He will look for it in the Qur'an. Where will one who looks for mercy look for it? He will look for it in the Qur'an. "The wrongdoers are protectors of one another." Hypocrites support one another very well. "But Allah is the Protector of those who have taqwa (fear and obedience to Allah)." Allah is the Guide, Helper of the army of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), He is on their side insha'Allah.
OKTAR BABUNA: Insha'Allah Master.
ADNAN OKTAR: Our nation, the Turkish people, they are all the army of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), let me say that. Our people will dominate the world, insha'Allah.
