Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on Kackar TV dated October 20th, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR:"Each time a sura is sent down."I seek refuge with Allah from the satan, 124 continued [Surat at-Tawba]. "There are some among them who say, 'Which of you has this increased in faith?' " Look, now do you see the technique of the hypocrite? The man asks, a sura is sent down and he says "Which of you has this increased in faith?" Now someone who looks might say "What is wrong with it? He asked a very reasonable question." He is doing slyness there; there is a hidden implication there. He says "Which of you has this increased in faith?" The man says "It increased my faith." He says "Yours? It did not increase yours, let's talk to you about increasing your faith." He says "It did not increase my faith either ." May Allah forbid. This is one method of the hypocrite. He makes a comment, an ambiguous comment. He differentiates the crooks and the normal man. He looks and there is someone with strong faith; he does not touch him. He says "I have no business with him" he does not touch him. But if the man is a crook, he says "I have the same problem my friend, what are we going to do? Let's do something together." Then he establishes the system of hypocrisy. Hypocrites have such trials. Hypocrite instantly understands who is characterless, who is ignoble and goes and makes an alliance with them.
"As for those who have faith,"I seek refuge with Allah from the satan, "it increases them in faith.." Look, that is clear; "it increases them in faith and they rejoice at it." Those are in joy, they rejoice. The hypocrite increases his alliance with whoever there is whose faith it did not increase; whom he understands, whom he made a connection with. He is in a hypocrite excitement.
Look Almighty Allah says in the 125. verse: "But as for those with sickness in their hearts," meaning those who are in a frame of mind inclined towards hypocrisy. Some of those with sickness in heart can be saved but most of the time they become hypocrites. They have cancer; they can be saved but they can also die. "But as for those with sickness in their hearts, it adds defilement to their defilement, and they die unbelievers." Look, "their defilement" Almighty Allah says that they are already defiled. When he does a act of hypocrisy, his defilement increases even more. He says "they are defiled even more."
Almighty Allah says in the continuation of the verses: "Do they not see that they are tried once or twice in every year? But still they do not turn back. They do not pay heed." Allah says that they are faced with diseases and troubles; but they still do not draw any lessons from that. He says "I am intentionally giving them troubles so that they can come to their senses, wake up and open their attention." Allah says "But their fierceness increases even more. They continue" Or even if it does not increase, it continues as it is.
"Each time a sura is sent down, they look at one another, implying, 'Can anyone see you?' Then they turn away."Look, "they look at one another, implying, 'Can anyone see you?'" Now, when he looks, he calculates accordingly beforehand. He looks for loose people; hypocrite recognizes the hypocrite. You cannot distinguish but he understands. Look, "Can anyone see you?" He choses the person he sees suitable for hypocrisy and asks him. ".. implying, 'Can anyone see you?' Then they turn away." He says "no one sees at the moment," according to his manner of speech, "Can anyone see you?" "No one sees." "So I shall go out and leave then." Look, the hypocrite thinks whether or not he is being watched or identified. The hypocrite always needs secrecy. The hypocrite does all his business secretly. He engages in secret lobbying and prepares conspiracies and plots secretly. "Then they turn away." There is always a thought of turning away, running away in the minds of hypocrites; they cannot stay with Muslims. But first they make observation and determination. He asks "Can anyone see you?" This is a sign. If the men there say "No one does," and display a manner on their side; then they leave altogether. "Allah has turned their hearts away because they are people who do not understand." They have such a satanic intelligence but they are very stupid at the same time. Hypocrites are very stupid. Allah says "Allah turned their hearts." Meaning his heart is turned away when it used to be normal and straight before; so he has developed abnormal frame of mind.
