Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on Gaziantep Olay TV dated February 8th, 2011
ADNAN OKTAR: The diseases, the sufferings, the troubles and deaths could only barely bring about the desired result; I mean the result Allah wants. And only then people could come to a point where they can partially be able to think. Otherwise there would have been no trial. Life would be plain and meaningless.
The world would either be a trial; a very beautiful place, very colorful, utmost beautiful life of Paradise or would be meaningless and plain. It is one of the two; I mean it is one of these two for us. For that reason Allah had created the trial. Allah knows what we would do in this trial. We do not know what we would do. Allah is showing us what we are..
If such incidents do not take place, there would be nothing to be called a trial and there would be no such beauties. All those beauties would disappear. I mean Heaven would have no meaning, neither would Hell, nor would life. Everything would be very plain. Then, we would merely be like robots.
I have been thinking, I mean I thought and saw that Allah had created the most perfect that could ever be. There could not be any method other than this. I mean I have thought about this in every aspect and I have clearly seen that the most perfect incidents that could ever happen are happening; the most perfect planning is done- Allah does not need the plan but I am just saying this for us to understand.
If there is anyone who could ever think about any method other than this one; let him write to me.. I mean there can be no method other than this one. This is the only way. This is the only way for everything to remain beautiful. For instance, love would have no meaning otherwise, passion would have no meaning; loving would not have any meaning. For instance the objects, nothing would ever have any meaning when that goes; everything would wither. Neither a car would have a meaning, nor a plane. Neither eating nor drinking would be meaningful. Nothing would have a meaning once the trial is gone. A trial without sufferings would not be a trial anyway. How could a trial be a trial without pain? It should be a trial in which all kinds of pain are experienced.
