ADNAN OKTAR:I seek refuge with Allah from the satan. 80th verse. Surat al-Hijr.

"The people of al-Hijr denied the Messengers."The Hijr people.. There has been opposition to every Messenger, every Prophet, every Mahdi sent throughout the history of man. Look they opposed to every Mahdi who came. Bediuzzaman came and they caused incredible troubles and scandals; slanders, scandals, torture, pressure, they did all sorts of oppression. For example, our Prophet (saas) came and they carried out an incredible persecution. It was the same with the Prophet Abraham (pbuh), the Prophet Moses (pbuh), the Prophet Isaac (pbuh), the Prophet Jacob (pbuh) and the Prophet Ishmael (pbuh), it was the same with everyone of them. The Prophet Jesus (pbuh), the Prophet Zechariah (pbuh) and the Prophet Yahya (pbuh).. They martyred some of them. This is in the soul of people. That is providential through the wisdom of Allah. They make opposition in any case and cause a scandal in any case.

"The people of the al-Aykah were also wrongdoers. We took revenge on them as well. They are both beside a well-beaten track.The people of al-Hijr denied the Messengers. We brought them Our Signs but they turned away from them."  I mean in that period, true Books are sent and they do not accept the true Books. They insistently want superstitions, statements fabricated by them, bigotry and obscurantism. The bigots of that time and the bigots of this time are no different. There is the same trickery. Look they did not accept the verses of Allah then, they did not accept the true Book and they asked for superstition.

"They carved out houses from the mountains, feeling safe."The apartments of our days are like mountains, made of stone as well. There are apartments like that. There are skyscrapers. They are made of mountains as well insha'Allah. "But the Great Blast seized hold of them in the morning." Allah says that He took revenge from them all in the morning even before they got up. "so all that they earned was of no use to them." "so all that they earned was of no use to them," to be saved from the end awaiting them."We did not create the heavens and earth and everything between them, except with truth." Allah says 'We have created them all with true purpose,' the skies, the Earth everything has a detailed purpose. For instance, look this cup has a purpose, this pencil has a purpose. The nose has a purpose, the eye has a purpose, the ear has a purpose, microphones have a purpose, table has a purpose. Do you know what the purpose of Allah is in creating the world? He says "There is no purpose." Then you would pay for this in the Hereafter. So look "there is nothing without purpose," he says when you ask him. He says "They all have a purpose." You ask "Why was man created?" He says "Man has no purpose." You say that the ear has purpose, the eye has purpose, the nose has purpose, fingers have purpose. Would man be without purpose? Right? Man is created as a Servant of Allah. "Your Lord, He is the Creator, the All-Knowing" Look, Allah says that He both creates and knows all. "We have given you the Seven Oft-repeated and the Magnificent Qur'an." The number seven is very prevalent in Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)'s life. So that means sevens are prevalent in our Prophet (saas)'s life as well.
