And you have been saying that Jews are your friends, that they are your brothers. This friend has shown a Surat from the Qur'an and said that accepting Jews as friends is allegedly irreligiousness. Master will you please enlighten me about this subject. I do love you very much and I would very much like to be your student. The name of the Surat [my friend mentioned] is I believe Surat Al-Baqara. Lokman Bilgili." My brother, we consider Jews as the servants of Allah, as potential Muslims. I mean we do not pursue a policy of hatred, a policy of grudge. We are also compassionate towards irreligious and atheists. We see all of them as our citizens and we strive for them to be good and well. Consequently the Jews are from the line of the Prophets, they are from the line of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh). We would strive for them to be well and to be Muslims.. We would not approach them with a mentality that states; "These are infidels, they should be crushed, the stones the woods will inform us about their existence, we will kill them when we find them."  We would always approach them with the mentality of saving them; we evaluate them always with a mentality to lead them towards the better. The Jews are of course our friends as humans. But when it comes to faith, we would of course not befriend a belief that is superstitious. We would not befriend a wrong belief of theirs. But as the servants of Allah they of course are our friends. We would of course feel compassion; we have the brotherhood of "La Ilaha Illa Allah" with them, we have the friendship of "La Ilaha Illa Allah" with them. Meaning we are of course friends with them because they say "There is no god but Allah". But when they have diverted and wrongful beliefs we would of course not befriend them on that point.  On that point we would strive for them to attain the right, to find the truth. But we would not approach them with grudge and hatred.
