ADNAN OKTAR: "If only You would give us just a little more time!' Say, 'The enjoyment of the world is very brief." Almighty Allah says that there is nothing in this world. You see what is in this world. People can only remain stand with all sorts of efforts. They need to sleep minimum eight hours a day; it is almost half the day. They wash their hands and face and brush their teeth. They need to eat, they cannot stand up, they need to drink water. He drinks water, eats food but still cannot revive; so he smokes a cigarette due to his weakness in order to liven up or to calm his nerves. There is no end to weakness. For example his waist aches, his back aches, he catches the flu, he catches a cold, the weather is hot so he opens the door and then the weather gets cold and he closes it. He needs to wash his hair, he gets dirty if he does not wash; it gets sticky. Or his hair falls down for example he dyes his hair and his hair falls down. He eats and gains weight, he tries to lose weight or he cannot gain weight even though he eats. Allah gave so many weaknesses just so that they give up this world. There are thousands; there is no end to it. For example, the man has a kidney disease; he may have stones in his kidneys or he may have cancer or an ulcer; it is seen on x-ray. His stomach aches; an ulcer forms in his stomach or it can be cancer, it can be an infection caused by a bacteria, it may be an increase in stomach acid in any way or it may be psychological. Look there is no end to weakness. He can very easily have myopia or hypermetropia; for instance a great majority of people have impaired vision. They have either myopia or hypermetropia  or something else or astigmatic; something comes up. People with healthy eyes are very rare. Right?

He has a separate problem in his ear. He might have a middle ear infection. There are countless people who have sinusitis. Headaches, chronic headaches for instance.. Allah gives those for them to give up on this world. Asthma, allergic diseases.. for instance allergy is so common with young people nowadays. They always use allergy drugs. Asthma is very widespread. I did not know how widespread it was. It is very widespread.

He has high cholesterol, his heart veins are clogged; but despite all these, look how a majority of people are tied to this world in such an insane and spoiled way. I can count people's weaknesses till morning.

"The enjoyment of the world is very brief."Almighty Allah says, "The Hereafter is better for those who have taqwa. You will not be wronged by so much as the smallest speck."Look Almighty Allah says: "Wherever you are, death will catch up with you, even if you are in impregnable fortresses."Even though he goes and stays at the most quality room of the best hospital or takes the best medicine, he cannot be saved, death finds him anywhere."If a good thing happens to them, they say, 'This has come from Allah.' But if a bad thing happens to them, they say, 'This has come from you.' Say, 'Everything comes from Allah.' What is the matter with these people that they scarcely understand a single word?" "Any good thing that happens to you comes from Allah. Any bad thing that happens to you comes from yourself."For example he does and drinks day and night. Allah prohibited it. His blood pressure goes up and he dies. That is because alcohol increases the blood pressure very much. Or he does not take any precaution.. Look;  "Any bad thing that happens to you comes from yourself. We have sent you to mankind as a Messenger. Allah suffices as a Witness." Therefore, no matter which page we open in the Qur'an, there is struggling in the way of Allah and striving to make the religion of Allah prevail.
