I sometimes talk to them and tell one to perform only the morning prayers when he is available and tell some to perform only their Friday prayers." It would be an advantage, a beauty for him if he is performing only the morning prayers instead of not performing any of them; if he is not performing any of his prayers that is. Right? If he still does not do this; if he is only performing his Friday prayers; that is a beauty as well. Someone performing the morning prayers might one day start to perform his midday prayers as well. Someone performing the midday prayers might one day start to perform his afternoon prayers and then his evening prayers and then you look and see that he performs his night prayers as well. Consequently this can also start by having one get used to it step by step; there is nothing to say that it can't happen like that.  Insha'Allah. That is because making religion easy is the command of our Prophet (saas). Insha'Allah. It would be a grave situation if one does not perform any of his obligations at all. At the very least, it would be better for him if he would be performing that much of his obligations, it would be good for him to get used to it insha'Allah; for him to get used to it and to start to love it.
