ALTUĞ BERKER: Master, Yusuf Islam has said the following in his interview with Al-Jazeera on February 24^th, 2011; "And this movement for change [the movement in the Islam world], it does need leadership I must admit. There is a point where you need someone to arise; you know to define the moment. If you go back thousands of years you will see that we have had prophets. We had Moses (pbuh) you know leading the Children of Israel out of Egypt, from the grips of the Pharaoh. But today I suppose now it is the time where you are looking for leadership so people can actually unite behind a vision."

ADNAN OKTAR: He might have been influenced by my words because I have said; "they do accept the existence of the Pharaoh and they cast him out but they do not look for the Prophet Moses (pbuh)"   And to stress out that fact he had also given an example from him on purpose. In a way to say; "Why are you not looking for Moses? Now that you have cast out the Pharaoh, you should be looking for Moses." He had used such a turn of phrase. Yusuf Islam is a very intelligent and a very precious person. We have had a discourse with him when he came here as well. His enthusiasm and his efforts are very nice. But of course it would have been much better if his value were appreciated more and if he were followed more closely. He is a bit introverted it would be much much better if he could be a bit more extraverted.
