"Dittmar Graf of Technical University Dortmund in Germany.. notes that in 2007 many schools in Belgium, France, Spain and Switzerland received copies of Atlas of Creation, written by the Turkish Islamic preacher Adnan Oktar (who goes by the name Harun Yahya) and "is very influential in the Muslim parts of the European societies." The majority of Muslims in Germany believe in intelligent design and/or creationism, Graf notes. And as Islamic populations in Western countries increase, more scholars are taking an interest in the status of evolution education in Muslim-majority countries. "

ADNAN OKTAR:Humbly.. humbly.. With the help of Allah. Actually I haven't done anything yet. I am just preparing the books for now. The fourth volume is being prepared for print. It is 7 volumes. And what we did in Europe was just a slight touch. By the leave of Allah we will still tear it to shreds; we have not done anything as yet. They will come to see who is the capable one; by the leave of Allah, with wisdom, science, knowledge and love insha'Allah.
