ALTUĞ BERKER:Master, Semih Idiz wrote in Milliyet daily; "Today we do not have the shadow of East Turkestan over our relations with China".  In his quite long article, as a summary he stated his views as follows Master; "As the requisite of our economical interests we need to ignore the things going on in East Turkestan".  He also included the government in this and said; "Our Prime Minister lately says that the days of accusing China with genocide are left behind."

ADNAN OKTAR:My brother there is genocide in China but we do not want East Turkestan to be in conflict with China as a separate independent state. There is no such thing. We want the state of China to be strong. But what we request from China is to approach our Turkmen brothers in East Turkestan with love and respect, to be respectful to their religious services, to respect all their customs, traditions and observances and to endeavor to be stronger with mutual understanding. We do not say that China should be destroyed; Chinese government should be stronger.  May Allah deem them stronger. May Islam be spread in China; that is what our hearts want. We want a peaceful environment, we want the Chinese people to be free as well. But our brothers in East Turkestan should also be free. We do not carry any intentions desiring the destruction of any country or to rule there. For instance Russia; let the Russian state be strong. But we want the Turks and Muslims in Russia to be comfortable. We want Christians and Jews to be comfortable there as well. Consequently we would never want the Russian State to be destroyed. Why should it be destroyed my brother? State is a mechanism that serves public, it is an institution that serves people. Why should state be destroyed? State is luxury for humanity. Why should we remove a luxury?

ADNAN OKTAR:Let it serve, that is very good. But it should be respectful to religion; it should be respectful to the Turkish nation, respectful to all nations. Let us strengthen our ties of brotherhood even further. Let them live nicely.  That is to say we do not have a policy to conquest. We do not say that we should take over, hang them up and destroy people.  We have conquered those places anyway. We have conquered them spiritually. Spiritual conquest is important. Russians are beautiful people, why should we be enemies with Russians? Why should we hurt them, why should we make them uncomfortable? On the contrary, let us open up our borders, let us become brothers. We will act together with Russia within the Turkish Islamic Union anyway. Ever since the deepest roots of history we have had a connection with Russians and Russians do have the upbringing of Ottomans.
