ALTUĞ BERKER:We have here a treaty of our Prophet (saas) regarding Christians, non-Muslims.

ADNAN OKTAR:Read it..

ALTUĞ BERKER:This is the Treaty given by our Prophet (saas) to the Armenians in Anatolia taken from the Islam History section of the library of Erzurum University, Islamic Sciences Faculty. "They will not be forced to Islam."

ADNAN OKTAR:Look, that is it. This is for the Armenians is it not? They will not be forced to Islam.  Who says this? Our Prophet (saas) says this. Yes.. 

ALTUĞ BERKER:"No bishop will be suspended from his duty. No Christian will be forced to abandon his religion. No priest will be detained from priesthood, no traveler will be detained from his travel."  

ADNAN OKTAR: Look, there is no such thing as making them Muslims by force. What does Cubbeli say? He says; "the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will come and make everyone Muslims by force." He says that the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will tell them; "you will either become Muslims or die." I will have you listen to his speech. He is obsessed with swords, sticks and canes. There will be no compulsion in religion. Allah says this explicitly in the verse; "There is no compulsion in religion." Right? That is the specialty of religion; it is to embrace it willingly. If one accepts unwillingly, what would become of him? He would become a hypocrite.

ALTUĞ BERKER:I am continuing with it. "None of the old churches will be destroyed. Neither their churches nor their homes will be turned into mosques or houses of Muslims. They will not be forced to go on a war alongside the Muslims and to face enemies as the scout force. That is because they have no liability to go on a war. They are to be treated only in the best manner. The wings of mercy will be lowered upon them. Their suffering any kind of oppression and malice anytime and anywhere will be precluded. If a villain persecutes them, Muslims are obliged to help them. If something happens to them or if a murder happens, the path to constitute peace among the enemies by that act should be kept. Peace is the foundation of all rules. They will not be left unaided, they will not be rejected and they will not be neglected. They have the exact same rights and liabilities with the Muslims.  No Muslim could ever detain them from reading their books night and day. If any one of them needs to hide alongside the Muslims as an aggrieved party, Muslims should help them in this respect. They[Muslims] should not disappoint them[Non-Muslims] when they expect something. This treaty should be hold as a document to be abided and adhered until the Day of Judgment and the end of this world. "
