Of course he does have the manifestation of the Mahdi (pbuh); our Minister of Foreign Affairs has the manifestation of the Mahdi as well.  Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) manifests in the government, Mahdi (pbuh) manifests in the army as well.  Our army clears up the scoundrels, this is a manifestation of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Our army goes abroad and ensures the peace and harmony in the Islamic countries; ensures the peace and harmony in Turkic states and trains them. That is a manifestation of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) as well.  Mr. Tayyip Erdogan strives for the Turkish Islamic Union, this too is a manifestation of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Our Minister of Foreign Affairs for instance is a very blessed person, he does have the manifestation of Mahdi as well. Since they all are under the protection and shadow of the system of the Mahdi, wherever we look we would see a sort of Mahdi. For instance we look at our Master Mehmet Talu, he does have the smell of the Mahdi, a manifestation of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). We look at our Master Mahmut, he does have the manifestation of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). We look at our Master Fethullah, he also has the manifestation of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). If you pay attention, everywhere seems like the system of the Mahdi to us. That means that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) has arrived. That mirror reflects on everywhere, on every place. I mean we see Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) on thousands, on millions of mirrors. Wherever we look we see the face of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). We look at Egypt and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) appears before us. We look at Afghanistan and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) appears before us. Everywhere is resounding with the sounds of "Mahdi", everywhere is resounding with the Name of Allah, everywhere is resounding with the name of Hazrat Mohammed (saas).
