ALTUĞ BERKER:Ozdemir Ince from Hurriyet newspaper wrote -may Allah forbid- that the dogmas of Islam religion force woman to wear turban. In addition, he says that Islamic jurists   claim that women cannot be assigned to tasks that represent the nation and that they are less intelligent when compared to men, by basing their claims on the verse revealing that two women are required for witnessing. He claims that this situation is a source of corruption for today's women and therefore the real source that protects them is not religion -Allah is beyond that- but law and legislation.

ADNAN OKTAR:My brother, for once, in the Qur'an women are specially protected beings. When we look at the verses of the Qur'an, their rights are always a priority and all responsibility is loaded on man. All heavy weights are on man and women are always protected. I can show at least 20 evidences. The purpose with two witnesses is this; for example may Allah forbid someone kills a person and women witness that; for instance there is a woman witnessing the situation. Two women witnessing eases the woman's conscientious responsibility in such grave matters. When two women are witnesses at the same time, they are in solidarity. This causes a psychological contentment. Being a single witness is very tense and difficult. When there is only one eye witness to an incident, all attention focuses on that person. But when there are two people, attention is dispersed and thus there would be no pressure on the woman. This ensures spiritual contentment. This is the purpose and Almighty Allah provides them with easiness for a specific subject, that is all. Having two witnesses is easiness, for example would it be easy for me if they make me a single witness or if  there are three or five witnesses? Three or five people are better. This is an easiness and convenience granted to the woman as an extra. Calling it a "dogma".. There is no dogma or so.. What is that he call "dogma" anyway?

What he calls "dogma" is Darwin's theory of evolution. That belief from the time of Sumerians and ancient Egypt.

For once these people are very ignorant. There is the Saba queen Belkis in the Qur'an. Look, Allah shows in the Qur'an that a woman can be the President of the State, a verse of the Qur'an. This means that you can bring them to power.  Woman as the head of the state, leader of the government. If she can be the leader of the state, then she can ne all, understood? I am showing it all in practice as well. Note that I am here with these dear ones. Why am I here with them? That is because I do love them, because I consider them to be more pleasant and better. Insha'Allah. Women are more intelligent than men; women are smarter. I am saying this openly, they can come and say the opposite if they dare. They can see much more finer details and they are more inclined to art. Do a study about art; give it to a man and a woman; the woman would do it with a higher quality. She is more precise and more peevish about cleanliness. Her feelings are more sensitive and her analysis is more thorough. A woman can make very precise analysis on a person. She can see details perfectly. Woman is a very blessed and respected being. But if this friend examines the Qur'an carefully, he would see that all the load is taken off from women and loaded to men.  For example, he says that there is a referral to men, alright, what more do you want? If there is a referral to men, that means that women are free of that obligation; that is it.  Right? It means that all load is on man. Man works on heavy jobs, men go to wars; difficult tasks are always on men. Insha'Allah.
